This was my first visit to Jack in the Box, and I tried the curly fries, onion rings, Cluck Sandwich, Bacon Swiss Jack, and the tiny tacos. Everything was simply delicious!

This location consistently offers fast service, whether we're there for lunch or dinner. The burgers are always fresh and delicious. It's the best Jack-in-the-Box I've visited in years! Ver carta

The Large Sourdough Jack Combo was amazing! I would have loved a bit more bacon, but it’s still excellent as it is. I absolutely adore the Build Your Own Munchie Meal—definitely a perfect 10 out of 10!

I ordered one Sourdough Jack and a teriyaki bowl but received two Sourdough Jacks instead. While I do like the food, the mix-up was frustrating. We choose our orders for specific reasons, so please avoid making changes to the menu items like that.

The fries were cold, and the Jumbo Jack resembled a mini burger—there was more bread than anything else, so I ended up eating it with just one slice of the bun. The spicy chicken sandwich was just okay. The fountain sodas were flat. I definitely won't be ordering from here again, and it's clear why I hadn't eaten here in almost five years. The clerk treat us like garbage he give me his attitude like we did not belong in the restaurant I ask for decaf coffee and he serve me a cool one when I ask for hat he said that I was bother him no body else was in the restaurant his attitude is verybad And he didn?t give his real name he told me that he is Julius I will never will go into any jack in the box if they don?tfix this

On a positive note, customer service contacted me to address my complaint, and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction in resolving the issue. The restaurant itself is usually not very busy, which allows for quick service. However, I have observed that the taste of the burgers can sometimes vary; perhaps they don't change the oil frequently enough. Additionally, they have recently limited condiments at the drive-thru to one ranch dressing per order, now requiring payment for any additional sauces.

This review was written two months ago. I visited again today, and once again, I noticed that their posted hours are incorrect. They are NOT open 24 hours. At some point during the night, they switch to DoorDash only and then close before reopening in the morning. Claiming to be open 24 hours is very misleading. Additionally, they are not fully operational during the day. It’s also frustrating to be contacted by their management only to be misled. I'm giving them 1 star. The drive-thru service at night is nonexistent, and when you do manage to interact with them, their explanations are unhelpful or inadequate.
