After sitting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes, I leave, and the order wasn't made correctly. The wrap had no sauce missing bacon on the burger, etc.

I waited a long time in the drive-thru and I won’t be eating at Jack in the Box again! The lobby was also closed early for no apparent reason, which left me very disappointed. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The egg rolls were large, but the curvy pumice wasn't hot enough; they're supposed to be served piping hot. We shouldn't have to send them back. Other than that, it was a good experience with friendly service. Thank you!

I ordered my food in person at the counter, but the person taking my order had difficulty understanding me due to a language barrier. On top of that, my order was incorrect. This Jack in the Box location was disappointing. The employees didn't seem to care at all. I recommend driving a little further to the one on Highway 2. This location really isn't worth the visit. This store is notorious for closing before the posted hours. If you're going to order any food for pick up after 9pm I'd call and make sure the employees are there. Their app will allow you to order because they're supposed to be open. They'll charge you and you'll show up and it'll be dark. This has happened 3 times now to us. Yes, I already contacted Jack customer service and opened a claim to be refunded. No, I haven't heard back. Service: Delivery

This fast food restaurant offers a fantastic experience with friendly service and a diverse menu that includes plenty of snack options. Everything is delicious and made with quality ingredients, all at family-friendly prices. I believe this is currently the easternmost location in the U.S., and it made for a perfect lunch stop during a long journey. The food was hot and ready to eat, and both the restaurant and restrooms were clean. The only downside was the beverage dispenser at the bottom, which had a long line; they could definitely use a second machine to alleviate the wait. Ver carta
