"I won't be ordering from this place again. I ordered two packs of mini tacos and was met by a rude employee who simply pointed to my food when I mentioned my name. Once I got to my car, I realized I hadn't received any sauce, so I asked for some. When I got home, I was really disappointed with the food. The tacos looked like they had been sitting around for an hour—they were soggy. The fries were stale and hard, too. To top it off, my wife found random bits of chicken in her taco box. This location is the worst!"

Definitely DO NOT expect a burger that's ANYTHING like pictured on the menu... visually, they're maybe 1/3 the size and disappointing. The sourdough jack used ro be my FAVE... now it's tiny, short on ingredients and DRY.

The hours indicate that the restaurant is open until midnight, but when I went through the drive-thru, the staff asked if I was from DoorDash. When I replied no, they informed me that they had already closed for the night at 11:15.

Breakfast in the morning is a treat! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I barely had to wait at all. The coffee was brewed to perfection, and the food... I could go on! Even Chef Gordon Ramsay would be impressed. I absolutely love this place! Ver carta

We are regular customers at your fast food restaurant and have never had any complaints. However, lately, this is the third time we've received lukewarm coffee, and the hash browns have been soggy. Additionally, there was no receipt paper. What’s happening, Jack?

We live in Azle, but haven't eaten here in years because of the food and service. We had family come in town and they wanted JIB so we went here. Surprisingly, the food order was correct, hot and tasty. The service has improved. The drive thru (which we did not use) was long as usual. We may return after this experience.
