Jack In The Box - Carta

Picked up Uber Eats order. Fast friendly service. A+ I also got tacos for me, they are the best ever. I only wish they offered $1 dollar drinks any size so I could get a drink there too.

I absolutely love Jack in the Box, but where I'm from, the service is definitely not like this. I think they need to retrain the cooks, as the food I received was burnt. It was really disappointing.

The woman working the night shift at the drive-thru is really rude and always seems to give me a mean look. At first, I thought it was just me, but then I realized she treats every customer this way. Ver carta

Shout out to the staff working on 4/20 around midnight. The store was absolutely slammed, and you could tell the staff was overwhelmed. yet the manager, and employees up front and the back were incredibly nice, composed and still speedy for the abundance of people there.

Like many fast food restaurants nowadays, there was no greeting when I entered. I stood at the counter for five minutes, staring at the menu, and no one acknowledged my presence. When I finally managed to get their attention, they looked at me as if I was just a bother. If you’re hoping for any customization to your order, good luck with that.

Tend to like this location. 45 minutes waiting in line only to be told they have no staff. Ordered for pick up before I got there. No one thought that maybe a slowly defrosting shake was something that needed to be tending to. Hire some more staff or teach the current staff how to move the line forward. Also canning the attitude would be great. Sorry you guys get to have a job. Ver carta

I wish there was an option to give no stars! The staff was incredibly rude, giving eye rolls and displaying a bad attitude. When we requested them to clean the tables, we received no response. I had to go back to ask for a spray bottle and rag, and they said "one moment," but they never brought anything. I would NOT recommend this place; the level of disrespect is unacceptable. The trash cans were overflowing, and the bathrooms were disgusting.

My wife and I went there for a little date, and overall, it was an okay experience—nothing too special. The burgers were a bit smaller than expected, but they were still quite tasty. We were the only customers in the restaurant, which seemed unusual. Given how quiet it was, they could have at least swept the floor a bit, but other than that, it was a decent experience. I’d rate it around 3.5 stars, but as I mentioned, it’s not really worth going too far out of your way for.

This Jack in the Box isn't quite like the one I remember from my childhood in Texas. They offer a surprisingly wide variety of options on their fast food menu. In addition to more fry choices, they also have some healthier alternatives. The standard burger is of decent quality and size. The French fries are unique but tasty. Plus, they have a drive-thru that's open 24 hours, making it one of the few chains in our area that offers that convenience. The prices are comparable to most fast food chains for similar meals, but their larger selection is a definite advantage over others. Ver carta
