"I would advise against eating at this restaurant. I visited at 11:30 PM and asked for "fresh" food, but what I received was cold and tasted old, as if it had been sitting out for a while. I ordered fries, but they were overlooked in my order. The waitress brought me a fresh batch, which made me suspect that my original fries were served to someone else. This raises food safety concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment."

The restaurant had an "Open" sign on, but when I went through the drive-thru, they told me they were closed. This Jack in the Box is the laziest one I have ever been to. I gave the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 1 out of 5.

they close to random hours. inconsistent, at best. orders are often wrong. was in the drive thru and an employment (that I have not seen working there since then) fred out of the dewatering/war bin, with its mere hands. I don't eat a fries for happiness. Ver carta

Ridiculous. I paid an additional $1.25 on top of the original $3.29 to have my fries smothered. They blobbed a spoonful of cheese on top the fries. I asked them to fix this and it took 3 people to explain to me that they needed to charge another $1.25 to fix it.

Worst jack in the box to come to at night. They always say they're out of things. Last time I got stuck in line because they didn't have anything I wanted, which was a shake and a salad. I then asked for a Fajita pita and they didn't have that either. Waste of time.

Ok so the very skinny white lady at the drive thru window is very RUDE. She acts as tho i did something. She didnt speak. Didnt say thank you. And looked at me like she wanted to hit me in my face. The staff member was not very friendly. I tried to make an additional order but was told it wasn't possible. Furthermore, I had to return to the drive-thru because my order was incorrect. This is the second time I have had issues at this drive-thru. I think I will switch to Whataburger, as they are open late like Jack in the Box. Disappointing. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered online from this restaurant twice, and both times my order was missing items or incorrect. Additionally, I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered, and the customer service line and feedback website were not working. Despite making multiple complaints, none have been addressed. Overall, the takeout service was poor, the food was rated as a 1, customer service was a 5, and the atmosphere was a 1.
