It was so full but they handled it really good with fast service

I really love Jack's, but at this location, I frequently find myself needing to return for condiments.

I really enjoy Jack, but at this particular location, I find myself having to return frequently for condiments. As for dietary restrictions, the partial salad is an ideal size for portion control.

For the 4th time, the regular fries that I ordered were a mixture mixture of curly and regular and they were not nearly fresh. I have called and complained in the past but it appears nothing is being done to correct this. Ver carta

I only go to this jack in box and my kids love your restaurant, sorry for bad review, now knowing it's a priority to you on how the restaurant's quality means too you, this jack in the box will still be the only one I go to.

The burger was dry and somewhat tough, making it feel like a waste of money for what I paid. I guess I shouldn't have had high expectations. On the bright side, the loaded tiny tacos were fantastic; you really can't go wrong with tiny tacos!

Yesterday, on 10/15/22, I used the drive-thru and ended up waiting 30 minutes before anyone even took my order. After placing my order, I had to wait a few minutes at the window to receive my food. When I finally got my meal, I pulled out the large curly fries and noticed some black specks on them. This wasn’t seasoning; it seemed to come from cooking in dirty oil. I also ordered two jumbo tacos and four regular tacos, but when I touched them, they didn’t feel hot at all. I decided to go back for a refund and to inform the staff about the issue with my food, but their response was that they clean the fryer every day and that all the fries look like that.
