"The food at this restaurant was delicious, however, I experienced an issue with being charged twice on my credit card. After speaking with a manager named Seth, he explained that there was an error with the processor and assured me that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, 5 days have passed and I have still not received my money back. I feel as though the restaurant could have handled the situation better as they seem to be avoiding taking responsibility for the mistake. I would advise against paying with a credit card at this establishment, as there is a risk of being overcharged."

Always great BBQ. The best in KC in my opinion. One thing that was off this time around was the ranch dressing. I enjoy dipping my fries and it didn’t taste homemade like it always has. NoN Patriotic— Sickening when you served your country (disabled Veteran) and an establishment that used to have military/Vet discount states/ “We only offer that on Tuesdays for lunch” Wow— yeah we only sacrificed our lives/limbs for your Freedom— but only on “Tuesdays” Not surprising.. Well, we walked into a full restaurant at 1:00 PM, on Valentine’s Day and with reservations, we were seated immediately. Our server, Bobby, was pretty outstanding, even though he was very busy, he took plenty of time answering my wife’s questions about certain choices. I drink quite a bit during my meal, and he was quick to get me a refill every time. My wife and I had a very wonderful experience today thank you, Bobby.
