"Quaint, authentic, local place in the back of an antique store! I had a hamburger (ate a lot of my fries before I took the pic : ...the portions are hearty. My friend had the chicken fried hamburger which was unique and tasty. The prices are reasonable. Everything is made to order by the former Marine, BBQ champ, Jake. He's low key, cool and witty. His daughter manages the antique store and they are delightful. Places like this are hard to come by. Definitely worth the drive for the whole experience! Note:1. Not ideal for those watching their waistlines or vegetarian. 2. Cash only.3. Wheelchair entrance, but bathrooms are not accessible. 4. Highchairs available."

I really LOVE this place! We held both of my sons' first birthday celebrations here. I haven't ordered anything that I didn't enjoy. The devil wings are amazing!

They have closed down. I stopped by tonight (March 2022) and found the place shut. There's a "For Sale" sign in the window. I hope to find another BBQ spot soon...

My wife and I lived near Rosebud in 2012. Would often eat here, always excellent food, atmosphere and service. Great value for the price. Great folks. On my bucket list for at least 1 more meal. Ver carta

Jake provides plenty of delicious food, and gets it to the table quickly!! I always have enough to eat two and sometimes three more meals with a serving. Very very reasonable and such a cute rustic restaurant!! Jake and his girls definitely make you feel at home with that country charm!!

I actually would give half a start if it was an option. Service was poor and pretty sure we got over charged. Food was nasty! My daughter was severed Kraft mac and cheese and that's not was told to us. Waitress was rude and pushy. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR EVER RETURN. Pretty disappointed since I am not from here.
