"One of my favorite things on this planet is a good diner with excellent breakfast. One of the things I can?t stand the most is horrible service. This experience tonight was the epitome of horrible service and if I was the owner, I?d be embarrassed. Theplace is dead, 10 tables with people at them tops. However, it?s a huge staff on duty, I?ve counted 12 different workers outfront and I haven?t accounted for anyone in the back. Three servers rolling silverware. Two on their phone. One flirting with aguy at the counter since I?ve been here. Took 10 minutes to get seated and only after I asked if I could seat myself. Thiswasn?t because it was busy, it definitely wasn?t busy. No one but me waiting for a seat. It was due to no hostess at the front,they had to go find her. The plethora of staff just stare at you rather than provide good service. 25 minutes later I finallygot a server to come take my drink order. Didn?t get my drink for another 20 mins. They brought it with my food. Food was ok. Ileft home, drove 20 minutes one way, specifically to come here and get food. I ended up wasting 2 hrs of my day. I blamemanagement 100% no one is running this ship. I?ve been to another location where it was so full of customers there was a longwait to get inside. The service was phenomenal and food was excellent. This location is the complete opposite experience."

"Food tastes great and have decent price. Dessert tastes great. Bad part: The owner I'm assuming the owner since he tells everyone else what to do), sits at one of the table and watch things on his device loudly. He also talks on his phone using speaker. Normally it not a big deal but there is no background music in the restaurant. I had to sit through my meal hearing random things coming from his device. And seriously, he blasted the sound on his device. The owner also took my order. I ordered a beef sandwich $8.50). He asked if I want the rice or fries for side. I said rice, assuming that the meal comes with sides. I got a bill for the Beef Platter $13.50). I told the guy that I ordered a sandwich but got charged a platter. He responded by saying since I wanted rice for sides, it now consider a platter. Again, not a bad price for the food. BUT, really annoyed that I ordered a sandwich and through miscommunication, he gave me and charge me the price of a platter."

"I recently visited Clusters once again, and their fried chicken was absolutely divine! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning that made be every bite burst with flavor. The sides were just as impressive, complementing the chicken perfectly. The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. If you're a fried chicken lover, Clusters is a must-visit!"

"I was expecting excellent, especially after reading the reviews and seeing the prices. The food was just okay. For starters they do not have a kid?s menu and I decided to brunch with my 4 year old -1 star). She had chicken and pancakes there was no Frenchtoast available that day). The chicken seemed a bit over cooked too crisp) -1 star), however, the pancakes were good +1star). The salmon bites and sauce were extremely delicious +2 stars). I had the salmon with spinach and grits which was justokay. I was nervous when it came out because it looked very soupy and I did not see grits nor a lot of spinach it had to bemixed together) +1 star). We also ordered lobster mac and cheese to go I didn?t get a photo) which was very disappointing tosay the least. It was made with all claw meat -2 stars) and just not that good compared to other restaurants that I?ve tried.Lastly, the mimosas, environment and DJ were enjoyable especially since the music was censored) +3 stars). The service wasgood as well. Overall, it was okay. I always advise everyone to experience for themselves because it wasn?t the worst, I wasjust expecting better. I would probably go again if someone asked me to, however, I?m not eager to rush back when there are somany other great options in the DMV area. Not a fav."

"this place does not seem to have everything together, which is a clear indication of bad management. I have gone to panera breads for ever and have never received such incompatible service. this is the second time that I ordered a chicken chip avocado melt and ended with less than a small handful of huh, the avocado was heavy, and the cheese was hardly on the sandwich. the only reason I gave them another shot was because I had a lunch, wanted a suppe and had no time to go elsewhere. the suppe tastes good. I will say that my eating came very fast, but it is likely because it was thrown together so badly. oh, and I asked for chips that even got on my reception, but got brot instead. perfection!"
