"This restaurant is truly impressive. A polite young man took my order with amazing attention to detail. He kindly offered suggestions when I was unsure and personally brought my meal to my table once it was ready. While the food is fantastic, it's the exceptional staff that makes this spot one of my favorites in Lowville. Their outstanding service and delicious dishes transformed what could have been a dull day into a much brighter one. A big thank you to the young gentleman—I wish I had caught his name. Kudos to Jrecks of Lowville for hiring such remarkable people in our community. Dining here is always a pleasure."

The food left much to be desired, earning only 2 out of 5 stars. While the Big Mac was decent, the overall taste and quality of the dishes did not impress. On a brighter note, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, deserving a solid 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was lacking; it felt uninviting and noisy, which brought my experience down significantly, resulting in a low score of 1 star. If you’re looking for excellent service and are in the mood for a Big Mac, this place could be worth a visit. However, be prepared for a less-than-ideal dining environment."

"This place is truly remarkable. A courteous young gentleman attentively took my order with great precision. When I was uncertain, he graciously provided suggestions and personally delivered my meal once it was ready. While the food is superb, it's the exceptional staff that makes this restaurant one of my top picks in Lowville. Their impeccable service and delicious dishes brightened what might have been a dreary day. Many thanks to the young man—I wish I had caught his name. Kudos to Jrecks of Lowville for employing such outstanding individuals in our community. Dining here is always a pleasure."

"I tried two sandwiches—one breakfast sandwich and one turkey sandwich—and they were just average. The bagel with cream cheese could have been toasted a bit less, but surprisingly, it was still really good! We also had a blueberry bagel with maple cream cheese, which we absolutely loved. However, the real standout items were the scones and baked goods! I had the maple walnut scone and the cranberry white chocolate chip scone, and they were absolutely delicious! Thank you, PB&J Cafe!"

"I saw this on my facebook this evening and being my cousin i was outraged and the McDonalds in Lowville has pulled this time and time again not to mention 5 out of 7 times they get the orders wrong and expect a free meal to make everything ok! Why would McDonald 's hire someone and not give them hours? For over the past 2 month 's my daughter has been checking and has not been scheduled. Supposedly there is a sheet you can sign up on and if they need you they will call you. MY daughter did that for the first couple weeks after not being scheduled and never got called. She has worked maybe 15 hours since she was hired and that was within the 1st 3 weeks. She was hired over 3 months ago. The way Holly treated my daughter when she went in today is sickening and uncalled for. She went to order food and use her discount and holly asked when the last time she worked was? She pointed my daughter out to the whole crew and said see her, she is not to get a discount until she works again way to treat a 17 year old. Is it her fault she is not being scheduled. Not sure who she thinks she is but I will never be nice to the woman again!!! So my daughter just went in and turned her uniforms in and according to Sarah who does the scheduling...she supposedly scheduled my daughter 3 times and my daughter didn 't show up, so she stopped scheduling her. Sounds a little sketchy to me because the only time my daughter didn 't check the schedule was when she was gone to California and she had taken that time off. Wouldnt they have contacted her to see why she wasnt coming in? I told my daughter to ask for proof of it but she had already left. To me I think someone is telling bullshit stories to cover her ass!!! Then the lady that hired my daughter asked her if she was sure she really wanted to turn her uniforms in? Are you kidding me...why would anyone want to continue employment at a place that is going to treat her the way she was treated? I wish I could turn them into corporate...something doesn 't seem right. If anyone has any tips for me or suggestions on how to handle this I would love to hear them. Thankfully she has another job already but she was going to keep them both for the summer to make extra money as long as they didn 't conflict. Way to go McDonald 's keep encouraging our youth to work for what they want. You sure gave my daughter a wonderful experience and awesome pat on the back (note sarcasm)"
