I had no steak submarine since I lived in MD. Definitely helped me miss my hometown. Like the rewards Specials and the MD delicious cakes! Yes!

Guy handling my sandwich momentarily paused to cash out another customer. He was wearing plastic gloves while making my sandwich. However, he used same gloves to handle cash. He did not replace gloves before he went back making my sandwich. Absolutely

Went in tonight to get a Philly and was greeted promptly by a nice staff it’s nice to see younger kids be so kind Blonde girl with piercings was so good about making sure everyone was wiping down their stations and making sure everyone was taken care of by offering water. Love Jersey Mike 's! Food is always fresh and delicious. We stopped in for a quick lunch when we were out running errands. There were already people enjoying their lunches when we arrived. Staff was working hard on subs and still welcomed us with a friendly smile and hearty, Welcome! Service was quick. Wife got a #7, Mike 's way, and I had a #13, Mike 's way. Food was great!

The counter riddled with sandwich toppings from the sandwich station all the way to the cash register. Guy set my sandwich on a dirty counter before asking what toppings I wanted. Food all spread out into other food bins. Gross! Management needs to train these employees how to clean between customers. Just in case you were wondering, it’s not busy when I go in there wasn’t a single person waiting in line.

Jimmy John's used to be my favorite sandwich spot. until I just tried a sandwich from Jersey Mike's today. Jimmy John's got skimpy on their meat. and up the price big time on their sandwiches.At Jersey Mike's I couldn't believe how much meat they were putting on as they were making it. This sandwich was so big I could not finish it and that's a good thing. Wow it looks like I won't be going back to Jimmy John's anytime soon. I found my new sandwich spot Jersey Mike's in Olympia.Oh and I forgot to say something else the staff there was great!

My wife and I were looking for a sandwich option that offered real food, unlike Subway, which I have no qualms about criticizing. The service at this place was good, and I appreciated that their meats and cheeses are displayed right at the counter instead of being stored away in a back freezer (looking at you, Subway). My wife ordered the chicken bacon ranch, and I opted for the big kahuna chicken. I have to admit, both sandwiches were delicious. However, we ended up spending over $40 for two footlongs. While the food was tasty, I don't think it was worth that price. It’s a nice place to try once, but unless they lower their prices, we probably won’t be returning anytime soon.

There are 3 Jersey Mike locations in my area and I prefer to go to the Sleater -Kinny location on Martin Way, Olympia. Persiphony (I hope I spelled your name correctly) and her crew kick ass. Up beat and personable. Fun to talk to while making my sandwich. I'm very picky about my toppings and the order they go on...lettuce, 4-5 shakes of red vinegar, heavy onion, tomato, salt, pepper, oregano, 4 jalapeño's and a touch of mayo on the bread. #13 is my go to! I feel like a pain the ass but they embrace it and have fun with it! It's a perfect balance of meat, vegetables and bread! Being from New Jersey myself, these guys make me feel at home!
