When this store first opened up a few years back. I was one of the first customers that walked through the door I knew the manager his name was Chris. I've been a loyal customer all the way up till last week. With this store when I find out Chris no longer works there. Customer service really? Me and my boyfriend love Jersey mike and this is our first time at this location. The Customer service so baddddd, on the top of that, the server is very racist to a black person and give you the dirty look. like they don’t welcome you at all. And they not every busy. They will ignore me when I tell them the ice tea is empty. When I literally ask for ice tea when i order a drink and the cashier says it’s on the side where the beverage at but it’s empty. I love this place every time I go here the food is what you would expect it to be! I love their sandwiches and the people are always so nice and welcoming. This spot is run exactly how it should be! Thank you Jersey Mikes for making this girl happy with a sandwich every once and awhile! Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and they take good care of me they have Gluten free bread and they make sure to use a different cutting board etc. Thanks! Service has gone downhill. I always came here once a week for my subs. I recently went here on Monday night and was not greeted with a hello by either woman working and the woman cashier never smiled or said thank you. I usually tip but this time I did not feel it was appropriate. The previous time I was greeted and even given a soda for the long wait time because of a trainee. I will not be back until they let that cashier go. I spend good money here and expect good service. Plenty of other options I can go to.
