Eaten jets for over 30 years at locations throughout Michigan and Florida and this location is one of the best.

This Jet's is our go to. They make a delicious Detroit style 8 corner pizza. We really like the bold pepperoni.

The behavior of this establishment is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It's bewildering that they would resort to such tasteless tactics without understanding why I didn't respond. I wouldn't have had an issue if it weren't for those voicemails. Now the situation has escalated further. I work in a professional environment and hold a better position than you might assume. Jet's Pizza in Dexter, MI, has demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism. They are rude and disrespectful, and I do not recommend placing an order with them. I am considering involving the police regarding this matter.

I placed my order at 6:20 with a requested delivery time of 7:20. When it was 7:35, I called to check on my order, and the person I spoke with initially said there was no record of it. The manager then claimed that the delivery driver had called me and rung my doorbell upon delivering the pizza. However, my fiancé and I were sitting on the couch right next to the front door, and the driver did neither. When I went to the door, I found my pizza sitting outside, and it was cold. Updating my rating of 2 starts to 5 stars. The owner called me and was great. He offered to refund our order. I feel bad that he felt he was apologising for someone else's uncontrolled behavior, but he did. As a owner, I understand his position. Honestly, I never had this experience here, which is why I was withdrawn from her. We will continue to order from here in the future! We never had a problem here. Was always great food and service.
