Too fast they use my sandwich with a lot of mustard? I just asked for onions. Maybe next time your place is as dead as today, take your time. Because now I don't really like your sandwiches

I live just 5 minutes away and ordered food while I was in class, thinking it would arrive at my house in time for my next class. Nope. The delivery was so slow—it took over an hour to show up. Honestly, their delivery service is just terrible.

This is what $12 gets you at JJ. They used the bottom of the tub tomatoes and some lettuce. The so-called manager claimed that this is how tomatoes are supposed to look. They refused to refund me or remake the dish. It's incredibly disrespectful. Ver carta

The service at this store is impersonal and rude. Not by what they say, but what they don't say. It's hard to look forward to eating a sandwich after I literally watched them throw it together. Just got food here for the last time. I will take my money somewhere else. Hard pass.

I am sad to say I will choose a new location too often. I understand personal problems, but if the staff that is in register hardly recognizes their anesthesia, it is inconspicuous. then to come home and find that my blt is missing and the fact that the last two times I was not yet better at this place is discouraging. I've visited this location a few times over the past couple of years, but I won't be returning. The man who opens the store and makes the sandwiches is consistently rude, crabby, and always has a scowling expression. The sandwiches are actually made correctly about 50% of the time, which just isn’t worth it. I would rather drive to a different location, even if it’s further away, than deal with this unpleasant person.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this is the third time in six months that I’ve tried to place a delivery order and was told no due to being short-staffed or lacking a delivery driver. Jimmy John’s needs to stop advertising “freaky fast” delivery if they can’t actually deliver. On top of that, the last time I did get a delivery, they messed up my order by including an ingredient I specifically requested to be left out because my daughter is severely allergic to it. They gave me a $10 credit, but the meal was $12 before tax. At this point, I’m ruling out Jimmy John’s as an option since it seems to be poorly managed.

I want to take a moment to highlight some of the exceptional employees at the Jimmy John's I visited. Charles D, the manager, is truly a standout—he's professional, hardworking, and incredibly friendly. I can’t say enough good things about him. The other two team members, Cody S and Jake F, were also impressive. They are efficient, professional, and always seem to have a smile on their faces. These three employees are among the best I've ever encountered. This Jimmy John's is fortunate to have them on staff. They definitely deserve a raise! I've been coming here for a long time, and this has been my best experience yet. Thank you, guys, for always making my sandwiches perfectly! Ver carta
