A quick place to get a delicious sub. I was greeted warmly by the staff who quickly took my order and had it out in just a few minutes. The #2 roast beef was delicious. The place was clean including the bathroom. I got to order it the way I wanted and had no problems. I'm sure I will be back. The sandwich was up to the JJ standards, fast and fresh! However the cashier gave my nephew his sandwich with no bag, napkins or even a thank you for shopping. Why would you give a customer their food like it's a football (when oil will leak everywhere) instead providing proper things your suppose to give a customer? IDK but I told him to give it back and never let a business who wants your money treat you like your not valued. She then provided what she should have in the first place. I did a mobile order and it was wrapped and packaged correctly, maybe because she didn't know who would show up? I will give them another surprise inspection hopefully with better service.

I have usually had good experiences with Jimmy Johns here. I usually pick up my own order, but on a few occasions, I have them deliver. Recently, whenever they deliver, whoever fails to knock on the door or notify us when the food is being delivered. My last order must have sat outside a bit too long before realizing I should check if my food was delivered. Thinking it couldn't have been out in the heat long, I did eat the sandwich. I was wrong and got a small case of food poisoning. This isn't necessarily JJ's problem as I should have known better, but in today's economy, I can't afford to let my food waste. I feel compelled to share my experience. Typically, this Jimmy John's lives up to its slogan of "Freaky Good, Freaky Fast," but unfortunately, last night was a different story—it turned out to be a "Freaky Failure." I ordered the new Italian sandwich with added lettuce and cucumbers, asking for it to be cut in half. However, when the delivery arrived, my sandwich was missing all the extras I requested, didn’t have the amount of meat advertised, and looked as if it had been assembled by a cranky four-year-old after a tantrum. My wife’s JJBLT was in the same disheveled state. I understand that restaurants are dealing with staffing shortages and busy times, but that shouldn’t excuse neglectin... Ver carta
