The sandwich and Jumbo Kosher Dill Pickle were delicious. I was a bit disappointed that my sandwich didn't come with avocado. Aside from that, the food was excellent, and the delivery was quick.

I always go for the same order for my husband: the gargantuan sandwich cut in half, served with two cups of delicious ranch dressing. The price has remained consistent, and the service is consistently 'freaky fast.' The staff is always friendly and never fails to ask if I'm a rewards member. The Cedar City Jimmy Johns has been an excellent example of a business adjusting to the COVID 19 crisis. They have continued their level of service as well as implementing appropriate safety protocols and the food continues to be freaky fresh, fast, and delicious! We are always met with superior service and food, not to mention a friendly smile!

The restaurant took far too long to prepare my order. I understand that some people use this service because they can't pick up food themselves, or they simply want something quick. However, it took over an hour and a half for my food to be ready, and they kept extending the wait time. It was incredibly frustrating to have to ask my child to be patient when they were hungry.

The good: Sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, service is brisk, price is reasonable. The not so good: The previous two visits I used the drive-thru and ordered the#5 Vito. On the first visit I clearly asked for 3 extra oil vinegar. The response was, Of course! Upon leaving I noticed that I was only given 1. The second time I made the same request, though this time I asked the attendant handing me my food if the extra o v were in the bag. He replied, Oh, sorry, handed me one small cup (with perhaps a tablespoon 's worth), and proceeded to slide the window closed as I was speaking to him.
