"I was quite disappointed with my experience. The restaurant itself is impressive and the portion sizes are quite generous, but unfortunately, my meal didn't live up to expectations. The ribs lacked tenderness and the meat had a bit too much chewiness. They also didn’t taste very fresh. The brisket was similarly underwhelming. My wife and I had initially considered catering for an event in October, but after tasting the food, we decided against it. I'm not sure if we just happened to visit on a bad day, but we’re unlikely to return. On a positive note, the mac-n-cheese was good, and we enjoyed the cornbread. I also found it odd that while we were waiting in line, they were asking everyone to review the butcher shop in hopes of winning the best butcher shop award. Since I've never shopped there, I can't provide a review. That doesn't seem like the best strategy for winning an award! Overall, I was very disappointed."

Vegetarian options: It’s BBQ Dietary restrictions: Food has a lot of seasonings and great portions so eat at your own hearts desire. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat grounds but does have dirt paths

Food that’s so overrated it’s wild…Nice workers, picnic tables in the shade for that summer holiday BBQ feel, etc but the food is not great. Sad for people who haven’t had good BBQ and rave about this place. Ver carta

We found this unusual place via Instagram. Very nice surprise, thank you for this treat! The meat is excellent ? Special mention for carnivores, you will have fun, that’s for sure. French people passing through ?

The greens were not good they were watered down with no seasoning, the yams appear to be from a can, they were not good. I don't know what happened. I was quite disappointed? three meals for $100 and it wasn't good...?

Greatest barbecue I’ve had in a long long time. The ribs tips were so good and glad I switched them out for the pulled pork. We got two two meat combos. One with brisket and rib tips, another with brisket and chicken and one with just the burnt ends meal. The Mac and cheese was spectacular. I highly recommend. Ver carta

Love yall food but can't come as often as I'd like because it's triple degree weather in the summertime and although you offer free ice cold water, standing in line is torture! What happened to the misters??? Or even give us some kind of shade so our legs don't burn off while we wait? ? Parking: Ruble road on both sides of the facility as well as street parking

Interesting place, weird ordering concept, spent a lot of time waiting in line outside. No inside seating and the ordering area is very small, room for about 5 people, and you get admonished if you exceed the limit. 4 stars because of the value, ridiculous amount of food for the price. Food itself is good but not great. Eating outside in Vegas during the summer in a dirt parking lot is not very appealing. I ordered the Burnt Ends Plate, they were good but again not great. Potato salad and beans were the same, just ok.

"Best food and service in Vegas. Yes SW in Wynn is very nice and has great service and Sinatra has great food, but I don't know what's with this place, every time we visit for dinner, I leave with a great experience. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of a downtown hotel, the casino is a bit rundown and washed off, but once you get to the brick hallway, the entire ambience changes. It is dim and cozy and has a 60s vibe to it with leather chairs and black decoration. Last time we visited, we shared a few cuts among our group and they were very accommodating helping us pick the cuts. They sliced them and put them back together and served them alongside the sides. The ribeye was expectedly the most tender cut while the porter and tomahawk were both equally good. We also shared some salads and they split them for us which helped with the serving. And yes, hands down I got the best dirty martini I have had.
