While the food and presentation were really good, they suffered from a lack of service and the time needed to serve a multi-course lunch. Several dishes came out cold and the staff did not pay enough attention to the water and wine service. They spilled the water on the table and on the guests because they were in a hurry. Otherwise, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the location and rooms are very nice. I think that with staff retraining the experience would have been much better.
