Kai’s Table - Carta

We waited more than an hour for our food to arrive, which was quite disappointing.

Kai’s table had a nice vibe but the communication with the server and customer was terrible..

The food is perfect, but they don’t have nothing to drink besides soft drinks. They should let us know. Ver carta

To begin with, the restaurant wasn't open for our reservation, yet I still had to make a deposit through Apple Pay. It's ridiculous to require payment when the establishment isn't even operational.

I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, and they offered a fixed menu. While the drinks were exceptional, the food was inedible. We tried every dish on the menu, and unfortunately, each one was disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Loved the ambiance and service was great. The only reason I would rate the food 4 out of 5 stars was the restaurant was out of shrimp and lobster which meant multiple menu options weren’t available. But what I did order was delicious, and I will be back. Ver carta

My birthday dinner. The food was excellent however everything on the menu was not available when we got there. The waiter presented a full list of food that they were out of which was honestly almost as long as the foods they did have! We also didnt appreciate the extra “service charge” on top of the gratuity. Same thing. But the food was great, the music was fantastic, and so was the ambiance.

I attempted to contact the restaurant by phone, email and text, days ahead of the date of our dinner, to move my dinner time to 30 minutes later. I received no response. At 2:30 p.m., on the day of my 5:30 reservation, I received a non-descriptive text, from an unknown number saying my reservation had been cancelled. I went to Kai’s Table site to find it had been updated to say the establishment would be closed on Tuesdays. I tried to make a new reservation on Open Table. However, since the establishment did not cancel my reservation on the Open Table platform, I could not reserve a table anyw...

In the days leading up to our dinner, I tried to contact the restaurant via phone, email, and text to postpone our reservation by 30 minutes, but I received no response. Then, at 2:30 a.m. on the day of our 5:30 reservation, I got a vague text from an unknown number informing me that my reservation was canceled. When I checked the restaurant’s website, I saw that they had updated it to indicate that they would be closed on Tuesday. I attempted to make a new reservation through OpenTable, but since the restaurant hadn’t canceled my reservation on that platform, I couldn’t secure a table anywhere... Ver carta
