"If 0 Stars was possible, that is what this location would recieve. Here is why:My wife ordered our food online. I arrive at the store and park infront of a sign that says curbside pick-up but the sign has now method of contact to get your food brought out.I go to the main door and its locked but there is a sign saying the lobby is closed. So I go to the drive through (which is packed).After 15min I get to the intercom and I'm told to leave the drive through and park by the side door, which coincidentally is where I was originally parked by the curbside pick-up sign.Another 15min goes by and the manager comes to my car holding an obscene amount of food and asks if it's mine. I say no and that I'm waiting for X order after being told to park here from the drive through.The manager then gets an attitude and says they don't bring food to people's cars and I was told to go inside. I told her I was never told to go inside, only to park here. Keep in mind that this manager is telling me they don't bring food to customer cars while bringing food to a customer's car. There are also no signs directing people to the side door for entry.I go in the side-door and stand near the counter to wait for my food. Another 5min pass and the manager, with even more attitude, again asks what I'm waiting for. I remind her of my X order and she points to an unmarked bag on a rack and tells me Take your food (It turned out the bag was marked, but it was facing the staff and not the customers). I won't be coming back.TL;DRGet your signage in order. If the lobby is closed, why are you ushering customers inside? If you don't bring food to customers, why do you have signs for curbside parking (this is a temporary sign and can be removed easily), and why did you tell me you don't bring food out while bringing food out. Lastly, don't get an attitude when people are confused by all of these contradictory messages..."

The service at this restaurant needs to be faster. My friends had finished their meals before I got my food.

Traveling on 95 and glad I stop. The wait was short and the staff was fast and organized. They did give me potato’s verses fries but they corrected the issue quickly.

The service and hospitality at this restaurant were excellent. They were very friendly and took good care of us during our 700-mile road trip. We were very satisfied with our experience. Ver carta

I'm not sure what's going on but KFC chicken is not like it used to be no matter where you go. I think they missed something when adding the ingredients for sure! Has anyone else noticed the taste on the Original?

Got a while entire lunch for everyone got a bucket of chicken biscuit Mac n cheese gravey and mashed potatoes. The only thing that was any good was the gravy honestly...... What happened to this kfc. It used to be super good but now it's horrible.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Famous Bowl, but it did not come with a cookie. They also forgot to include spoons or napkins, and they missed the extra biscuit we ordered. Additionally, the biscuits had no butter. To top it off, we received unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. I would give this restaurant 0 stars if it was an option. Ver carta

Would give zero stars if I could! After messing up my order when I order a large popcorn chicken and large Mac and cheese I had to go through the drive thru a second time to get it right when I asked for a manager she refused to get one than called me a liar saying that I said it was okay for a small Mac and cheese will not be coming back to this one and that girl needs to be fired.

Don’t go to this place. They are super rude and they treat you like an animal trying to be fed for free. The audacity this people have is unbelievable. They didn’t put part of my order and after I went back to explain the lobby is closed so walked to the drive up window. Everyone looked at like I was an alien and when I explained the situation to an older lady, she then looked to the manager with a rude tone and told I need to get away from this window come see what he needs. They manager has no clue and you can tell that they are ganged up on him and basically he is scared of them. Stay away and or double check your order before you leave.

"Food: 1/5 Soggy, too much sauce, a hint of soured rice, dry fish, and unappetizing presentation. All for the grand total of $30. See for yourself in the photos... Not worthy of the asking price, as I 'm sure you 'd agree, too. Service: 2/5 While my rating my seem unfair for the servers whom had worked that day. It still reflects overall quality of service I 'd received. Visited this establishement on Sunday 6/16/2024. I 'd arrived at the restaurant around 6:30pm, placed my order in by 6:40pm. Food didn 't come out until 7:29pm exactly. Between this time, my server had checked on me twice. Once to bring me my salad. Second time when I had ordered a beer around 7:05pm... just to kill some time. Between that and the arrival of food, no one came by to check on me. Even when my beer glass/can was empty. Because of the terrible delays in bringing what I 'd ordered, I feel they were trying to avoid eye contact... or any interaction for that matter. Also, my server didn 't understand what ginger was. I don 't blame the server, however, I do blame the owner/head waitress whom seems to the owner/operator of the restaurant for not training the server with the basics. Almost forgot to mention, when I ordered aforementioned beer, I had asked for a Sapporo. When I asked for a second one, the same server had brought me a Sapporo Black instead... and ensuring me that it 's the same one I 'd ordered previously. What? Atmosphere: 2/5 Some people may say, Hey, the restaurant was probably really busy. Thus, why they had brought out your late. Well, you see. I had taken a picture of the dining area. See for yourself and tell me how FULL the restaurant is. Mind you, most of these people still sitting were on their way out. By the time I got done with my plate of food, there were only 2 tables plus the same people on the sushi bar. The decor is old. Unorganized. And the space is restrictive. My chair was a bit too low compared to the table. But I guess that is all subjective. They do offer a Happy Hour for drinks, but it 's only good until 6:30pm. Overall, while I wasn 't execting a great experience, but I 'd sure hoped it would be good enough for me to visit regularly as it is the only sushi place near where I live temporarily. But after spending $50+ for a dinner, I 'm more than disappointed to say that I would not be back at this establishment again. PS. Don 't be surprised to see they ask for minimum 20% on tips when you pay with credit card."
