"9/1/21. We ordered a family bucket with potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and biscuits. They said they were out of Original Chicken and only had grilled or crispy. How are you out of Chicken at 5:30pm? They said, “if we wanted original it would be 20-25 minutes.” We agreed and paid and pulled to the door to wait. 45 minutes later- our order was brought to us. We drive 20 minutes to our house and NO Biscuits!! We tried calling, but no answer. Manager or Franchisee feel free to reach out. Unacceptable and disgraceful to the Franchise."

It's pretty much like any KFC there is out there. Smells of chicken grease. Floors sometimes need a good wipe down as its slippy. Sometimes the order is missing something but it's pretty good food on the go.

Large KFC but even at this late date they still have lobby closed for online orders Only. At 3:45pm only have dark meat in crispy. It's almost as if restaurants no longer want to serve Anyone not in a vehicle at there window. Just sad Corona Hysteria has brought so Many Sheep spirited citizens out.

"The food at this restaurant is amazing and the service is very friendly. They are open 7 days a week, which is convenient. I enjoy dining in when I can because it is very comfortable. It's a great place to bring a book and relax. They are also kid-friendly, as kids eat for free on Sundays. The take out service is also available. The lunch menu is priced between $10 and $20 per person. Overall, I would give a 5 out of 5 for the food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Cheese Pizza Slice and Steak Stromboli."

"Worst service I 've seen in a long time. I placed my order online to hopefully ensure my food would be ready when I arrived. Ordered at about 5:00 before leaving the office. The app said my order would be done around 5:15. I arrived at 5:20 to ensure it was ready because I knew they were never quick. When I walked in they had three people working. Not only was my order not ready, they haven 't even seen my order was placed. So I watched as one played on her cell phone, the other looking around like she didn 't know which way was up. Then the manager was getting more chicken ready to cook because they were out. So long story short. Food ordered online at approximately 5pm, arrived at 5:20 and no food, finally I was able to get my food around 5:45. No sauces for anything because they were out of everything. So if you want to wait 45 mins for food that isn 't worth the money and, watch a show of incompetence then this is the place. If you want Fast food that is actually eatable, and competent employees then find a new place to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"So, I 'm a bit conflicted about this review. I really wanted to like this place because it 's quite beautiful. I had about 45 minutes for lunch so I thought I would give them a try. There 2 employees. One was a woman who was in a conversation with a customer, and an older gentleman. Neither were wearing masks. The gentleman told me I could sit anywhere. There were only a few customers in there (about 5). The gentleman then gave me their menu and said their special tea for today was their Scarborough Grey. I asked him for the tea menu because it looked like they make and sell their own blends. He gave me the tea menu and left me to decide. I was sitting within easy view. The female employee continued to chat with that customer for about 15 20 minutes and meanwhile the man puttered around and got on the computer. Finally the conversation ended and the woman asked if the man had taken everyone 's orders. He replied yes , to which I replied No . So he finally came over to get my order. I 'd now lost 20 minutes waiting, so all I had time for was a cup of tea and a bowl of soup. The soup special was Potato Bacon Leek and that was AMAZING actually. I was dissatisfied with the tea though. The blend is supposed to be Orange Pekoe with Bergamot oil, Blue Mallow blossoms and Fresh Vanilla Bean. I love Earl Grey so I was excited to drink this. He brought a nice sized cup of tea and little bear shaped dispenser of honey. The dispenser was sticky to the touch and had to use my hand sanitizer to get the sticky off my fingers. I only used a half a spoon of honey in my tea. I could not smell or taste any bergamot in the tea and could only get a hint of vanilla. It pretty much tasted like a normal cup of plain orange pekoe to be honest. If I 'm ever in the area I will probably try again. The food menu looks good and some of their other tea blends look good... but I certainly hope the service is better next time. If you are curious a tin of 25 bags of tea costs $12.95"
