For the second time in a row, our food was terrible. The chicken and biscuits were stale and dry, hard to chew so clearly they aren’t putting up fresh food and using old food. We’ve called and complained but the manager was rude and wouldn’t maker it right. We will no longer go to KFC in Jenison. Food: 1 Ver carta

I don’t live to far but EVERY time I order from here they NEVER give me my other side of Mac n cheese or fries. My kids were super upset. This has happened more then a couple times. Food is a joke at this point. It’s been a long time since I have had KFC. We decided to get it as a quick meal at the time of the posting and was shocked at how bad the food was. The employee through the biscuits into the bucket with the chicken which didn’t seem like a bad idea at first but was soaked in grease by the time it got home. The chicken itself was almost “soggy”. When I think of KFC I think of crispy outsides. Quality is poor. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Yesterday we ordered 4 spicy sandwiches as we have done many times in the past. Upon eating it we noticed how soggy it was and also noticed it wasn’t the spicy sandwiches that we typically get. The bun was soggy, there was some sort of white sauce on it instead of the spicy sauce. I called today shortly after they opened (I work in the healthcare field, working 12+ hours and was unable to find the time to call until today) to explain this all to them and was told I could come in and get them replaced (which I’m very appreciative of) Once I arrived I was met with whom I’m assuming is the manager only for her to tell me that next time this happens I need to bring the food in to show them first...
