"A very solid Japanese restaurant, definitely the best in Santa Fe. I've been here multiple times for both dining in and takeout, and I've enjoyed everything except for the ramen. The tea is great—nice and hot and delicious. However, the service could use some improvement. Our server seemed unfamiliar with the menu and forgot that our dishes came with rice and soup, which we had to remind her about each time. She also didn't refill our water glasses. Coming from someone who has worked in fine dining for years, this was a bit disappointing. That said, I highly recommend the seaweed salad, California rolls, and teriyaki beef. One last note: this place can be pricey, so be prepared to spend a bit. Like many other Asian restaurants, it's more about quality than quantity, and the portion sizes are quite small."

If you’re looking for takeout sushi, Sushi 8 is definitely better than Konami. My order was incorrect, and the sushi came as just a single piece. The taste was decent, but not worth the price at all. Next time, I’ll choose Sushi 8. Ver carta

Exceptional food. Service staff still learning their menu and ordering point of sale. Even though our order was delivered not as ordered, we are more than pleased with the food. Would definitely become a regular dinner if we lived in Santa Fe.

This is a fantastic little restaurant in downtown. The heart attack sushi is absolutely incredible. The bento boxes offer a generous meal that includes everything you could want, except for dessert! We also tried the noodles, which came in a huge bowl and featured deliciously tender pork as an optional addition.
