"Lady with green hair in cashier drive thru today @8:15pm was sooo rude, went to pickup an online order they kept saying they couldn 't hear me (the name) I spoke up a bit louder even spelled out my name n she kept saying lauren on purpose even tho she spelled out my name correctly after I did, then proceeded to just say ur order isn 't ready with just silence followed afterwards n then says pull up. After waiting in drive thru window for 4min empty no sign of anyone she proceeds to say ur order was not ready in a rude way n says I need to see the order I show her n then pretends that she can 't see my phone I zoom n then she slides with her finger.. yet already hadthe order there while putting in the bag she tells the other co worker of hers that i ask what the name n she said lauren idk how to say the name n mummbles something off in front of me. Worst experience ever not my fault they get mad for correcting them in how to say a name properly. Did not want to get a wrong order I was not rude what so ever compared to the employee everywhereKrispy Kreme what type of personal are you hiring ??"

they are hard to beat. the personal was nice. you will receive 1 free afterfill on coffee. on the afternoon the regular glazes come out of line at 17 hrs. I was there.

Light was on, so I decided to go in for my free donut. They didn't give me one.Strawberry lemonade delicious and donuts always delicious and hit the spot. Shop eas very clean too

I went there yesterday around 7PM and the service plus staff was phenomenal. You should check out for Ana and juan! they told me promotions they had and served me as soon as I got there. Great staff and great donuts. Ver carta

As always. Quick, efficient, friendly service. Only issue which I'm hoping will be remedied soon is the drive thru intercom system is broken. No need for a less than stellar review as long as they get it fixed in a timely manner.

Hey Gm Folks, Me my wife are truck drivers we decided to stop at KK While the light was on The doughnuts was so Hot fresh. I recommend this KK, don't forget to ask for GRACE, she was so pleasant Nice. Will be Back again on my stop back thru Laredo.
