Really good tea place to work, order drinks, or take to Pearlands outside seating. I recommend you getting strawberry milk tea, or honey milk tea.

Hated their KF Signature Milk Tea, wouldn’t let me switch out for something else like TeaHouse did. Oreo Slush is good though, just sucks they don’t trade it out like Teahouse does for FREE.

Drinks are overrated. This young guy behind counter getting food kept wiping his face with his hands and touching food so disgusting. Cookies are days old never fresh made. Pretty dirty place

Best place to get your own boba drink service drinks are like 6$-10$ there service is really quick with drinks just recommend getting coconut milk tea is the best drink for me it’s one of my favorites drink Ver carta

Their milk tea is really good, but the fruit tea did not taste good (especially the lychee green tea). It seems that the fruit pieces they put in the drink are either spoiled or part of whatever syrup they use. It tasted really bad. But the honey milk tea and coffee milk tea is good.

If I could put no stars, that’s what I would rate this place!! They have horrible customer service! We waited 45 minutes for our $30 drink! And then when we asked the cashier lady what was going on she stated that the drink that we had ordered was no longer available due to lack of ingredients, which made us so furious because when were they planning to communicate this information to us? We were voice in our time sitting down, and nobody offered to give us a refund or to let us choose another drink, worst experience ever !!!!!

Hold my hand when I say this ladies and gentlemens, and... attack helicopters, and walmart bags. This is, the raddest and downright considered one of the og- once in a year type Boba shops. You can get this with friends shopping at the town center, making memories while unconsciously drinking Boba and accidently choking on it because you laughed too hard. These are the type of Boba shops you 'll remember good, or the time you tapped on the fish tank when you were young- type if thing. Heh Hehhehe... recommend the strawberry Boba for all of my basic Boba lovers. 21/10 Ver carta
