"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant and I'm not trying to be rude, just honest. After ordering a drink, I sat down on an ottoman chair while the (three) tables were occupied. I placed my drink next to me as I excitedly shared a photo with my friend about the arrival of Kung Fu Tea, since I had visited several locations on the East Coast. I didn't knock my drink over, but the ottoman shifted beneath me and my drink spilled. I murmured "oh no" quietly to myself. When I brought the cup to a staff member, they offered to replace the lid. Although my large taro drink was still mostly full, I requested an extra cup since there was some spillage. I asked if the missing amount could be refilled, but the worker told me I would need to buy another drink, which seemed excessive given that it was just a small portion. Though my order was refunded, I found it unreasonable that they couldn't offer a simple refill for a spilled drink. More than half of the drink was still intact, but the worker appeared unable to address the situation effectively. I just had to share my experience. I don't think I'll be returning to order from there again anytime soon."

I recently moved to Louisiana and finally got to try Kung Fu Tea. The boba was fantastic, and the Milk Tea was incredible as well!

Excellent bubble tea and lots of choices. They are also very helpful with suggestions. If you haven't tried bubble tea before, give this place a try.

I haven?t been able to find a boba tea place ived liked since moving from Washington State! This location is still over an hour from where I am in Louisiana, but I?d go to Lafayette just to make a special stop here : the Kung Fu milk tea and Green milk tea both with boba were great!

The staff was incredibly kind and friendly! When I spilled my tea on my dress, they quickly came to my aid with napkins and even replaced the tea without hesitation. They also gave me some adorable stickers, which made my dad happy. With such wonderful service, I highly recommend the Rosehip Milk Tea.
