Une cuisine de terroir dans un cadre rustique mais agréable. Le menu est très équilibré, rapport qualité-prix excellent et équipe de serveurs sympathiques. Les digestifs sont de très bonne qualité.D'une année sur l'autre la qualité demeure constante.Une adresse à ne pas manquer à Courchevel.

Je réponds à François N de Moscou, lorsque l on n est pas satisfait d un endroit, on n y revient plus...La Saulire est un excellent restaurant depuis de nombreuses années , L accueil y est chaleureux...je recommande le pigeonneau rôti aux truffes, et en dessert la tarte fine aux pommes (je la recommande particulièrement, je ne l ai jamais mangé aussi bonne qu ici, et pourtant j en ai mangé, c est mon dessert préféré , , ...merci encore à Jacques, le propriétaire des lieux
