We had a great Christmas Eve, the menu was perfect from aperitif to dessert, to mignardises. Cooking is perfect, seasoning is fair. Mixtures of flavors are innovative weddings. Very nice experience with original dishes seasoned with local plants. A perfectly executed kitchen. Special mention for the blown at the Grand Marnier and its blood orange sorbet, a 30-year-old chef-in-chief recipe, a magnificent eyeliner at the Suzette pancake.
