"I went to lunch with a friend who lives in Northshore You might think that Turtle Bay is close to Haleiwa, but the road is only one lane and there are many tourist spots along the way, so it tends to get congested I think it's better to estimate about 30 minutes by car. The restaurant is located just past the Turtle Bay Golf Shop, and the green of the golf course is spread out in front of you, making it a very open and spacious location. I ordered the Chicken Plate, my friend ordered the Chicken Burger, and French fries as a side. You can choose from 3 types of sauce for French fries The plate and burger alone are quite large, so take home half of the fries The Chicken Plate was delicious, but it came with BBQ sauce, which made it a bit boring to finish. The rice was probably from the edge of the rice cooker, and there was some hard rice mixed in, which was a bit disappointing. The accompanying Caesar salad was very delicious Many of the customers around us are golf players, so you can enjoy the elegant atmosphere The steak looks delicious, so if I have a chance next time, I'd like to try it"

Absolutely the best ribs and pork chop lunch I've personally ever had at a restaurant! This restaurant is worth the drive even if you are only going to eat and not golf. We will be back before leaving the Island and heading home!

Beautiful view, golf course setting. Seating is outdoors and fully covered. We had lunch and currently it?s a take- out style. You first order and pay at window. Once ready you go up and bring your food back to your table. Food was really good. I had the grilled Ahi steak and rice. It was cooked perfectly. Ver carta

Even though this was the 'small ' place just at the golf course, I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. My favorite part was, no reservations, when all the other restaurants at the resort were busy. We walked right in to Lei Leo 's and got served right away. Eating outside on the patio was pleasant, and the customer service was great all around!

It's totally great. The process was different. They give you menus, and you sit in a waiting area, then they come take your order then seat you. The prime rib was perfect, garlic smashed potatoes were awesome. My wife got the Ahi Tuna Steak.. it was perfect also. Don't let the looks of the place fool you. They serve up some good food. And everyone was very friendly to us!

Excellent food and drinks the crab stuffed salmon and garlic mashed potatoes were amazing! Coconut shrimp with plum sauce was great! They offer indoor and outdoor seating. No reservation was needed but got there before rush time. Don?t need to be a hotel guest to dine. Hostess was exceptional and moved our seat because of the sun. Waiter was great and attentive. Definitely will come back. Ver carta

good food, but expensive. You won too? ve placed an order with the hostess who is really strange. And you? re sit out front with menus and once you tell them what you want, then put them. they bring your food immediately and everything feels a little hurry. would they not be my 7 years old half a vanilla half chocolate ice cream, even though they recharge $6 for 1 shovel. that felt inappropriate.

I'm here on vacation and after 18 holes of golf, stop in at Lei Lei's Bar Grill located in Turtle Bay Resort on O'ahu. I ordered the Seafood Scampi and Tropical Bay Breeze mixed drink which consists of Captain Morgan coconut rum, cranberry, and apple juice. You must try this drink. The shrimp and scallops were plentiful and very tender. The dish was smothered in a creamy white sauce with pasta and tomatoes. Very delish. I gave it 4 stars because it was a bit pricey. If you don't mind paying a little extra, its worth it.

"First of all, the location has changed and they have rebranded. They are no longer called Fumi's; they're now Tanaka Shrimp, and they occupy a large space with ample outdoor seating about 100 yards from the original Fumi's shrimp shack. It seems like they cater to a lot of tour groups, and I'm not sure if that has affected the quality of the food. We had fairly high expectations going in due to all the rave reviews, but our meal turned out to be disappointing. We ordered the butter garlic shrimp and the spicy butter garlic shrimp plates. Each plate came with approximately 6 or 7 shrimp, some mushy rice, and a slice of pineapple. Honestly, for the price, receiving 6 or 7 shrimp feels a bit stingy. While the shrimp was acceptable, it wasn't remarkable. From what I understand, the shrimp should be fried before being coated in the garlic butter sauce, but what we tasted at Fumi's seemed more like boiled or lightly pan-seared shrimp. The shells were tough, the shrimp had a gummy texture, and they were somewhat bland. The butter sauce added some flavor, but it felt like it was simply poured over the shrimp after cooking, which wasn't very appealing. In contrast, the shrimp we had at Big Wave Shrimp Truck was deep-fried to perfection. The crispy shells absorbed the garlic sauce much better, resulting in a far tastier dish. At Big Wave, the shells were so crispy that you could eat the shrimp whole, shell included! I would recommend skipping Fumi's and exploring other options—personally, I suggest trying Big Wave!"
