"Cené allí con mi familia después de recibir excelentes críticas del restaurante. Nuestro servidor fue muy agradable, pero marginalmente incompetente. No sabía muchos detalles sobre el menú cuando se le preguntó por detalles. "We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner and were seated promptly. We ordered drinks which arrived quickly, but unfortunately our server, Mike, disappeared for over 20 minutes. Our appetizers came, but I had to ask for extra dressing for my salad, which was only brought after our entrees arrived. We waited a while for our entrees and were finally given some cold and stale bread. To make matters worse, my date received the wrong entree. After trying to flag down our server, we waited another 15-20 minutes for him to return. The manager eventually came over, apologized, and offered to take the incorrect meal off our bill, as well as provide us with a complimentary dessert. Despite these gestures, the experience was already tainted and we decided to ask for the check. We also had a birthday reward and loyalty reward as wine club members, but these were forgotten by our server. We have dined here before and enjoyed the food and service, but this visit did not meet our expectations, with the service being the major issue."

"I have ordered from this restaurant three times - once to dine in and twice for takeout. During my dine-in experience, the staff were mostly neutral, not particularly friendly but not rude either. They seemed professional in their customer service skills. I ordered breakfast and found the food to be bland but edible. When I ordered takeout, some of the staff seemed reluctant to have me enter the establishment, despite my appearance being clean and presentable. The breakfast orders for takeout were also bland but edible. I may consider trying their lunch menu in the future, but overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant due to the lackluster experience."

"Delicious fresh food with friendly staff and a clean restaurant. The Fish Joint is located in a nice homey plaza. The menu has lots of options for everyone hot and cold appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches and burgers. The food comes out quickly and piping hot. I started with a bowl of clam chowder which was tasty but on the salty side. I was definitely paying the price with the water retention the next day. Portion size was good. The fried cod fish sandwich was huge and very good the fish was airy and flaky. The buns were fluffy and semi sweet. The coleslaw was light and not strongly seasoned. The burger was cooked medium and had a nice thick meat patty. Loaded with fresh toppings. The fries were hand cut potato slices and delicious. The hush puppies were a little dry but still good. Thank you Sebastian and Valentina for the good service!"

"This is my second time trying Dandee, and both experiences have left me very disappointed. The staff either struggles to understand orders or simply doesn't care. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant with bacon and sausage, but instead received a ham egg and cheese sandwich on a burger bun. They made the same mistake last week when I visited in person. I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of attention to detail in getting a customer's order right. Additionally, everything was cold when it arrived— the bacon and pancakes weren't even warm."
