"We gathered at this spot in downtown Checotah after an awards ceremony at a local school. Go Wildcats! Anyhow, parking is off the street. Backing out is a bit scary. Just go slow they say. We go in, food is excellent. I ordered the basic burger but only got chips because fries were 2 dollars extra. Oh and it's a bag of lays potato chips. So you can easily spend $10-$15 on one person. The burger was excellent. I got everything on it but pickles. Freshly made patty. Mmmm.. and the fried mushrooms just melted in your mouth. Service was great, atmosphere wonderful. Lots of take out business. Folks saying hi to each other. Lovely to see. I didn't care for the payment process. At this restaurant you have to go stand in line to pay for your food. Not sure I'd be into spending the money to do all that. I know it's become customary and a lot of restaurants do it, but if I'm sitting down at your place, serve me. Ya know. I want a full experience. Just my thoughts."

"While traveling to Laredo, I decided to stop at the truck stop across the road and was pleasantly surprised by the food at this little shack, which was quite busy and catered to the drive-thru. After a grueling 70-hour workweek, I wish I had more energy and better Spanish skills to fully enjoy my experience. Nevertheless, I ordered the Ceviche and the El Campeon Steak. Typically, I tend to avoid seafood and usually end up with a doggy bag of leftover meat, but not this time! The thin grilled steak, with its perfect fat trimmings and chorizo, was seasoned and cooked exquisitely. The Modelo beer, served with salt and lime in a chilled mug, was a real treat as well. I'm really glad I stopped by, and I hope I didn’t come off as rude for not understanding my server at first—it was a bit awkward!"

"I've eaten here on several occasions as we like to support local.. salad bar is great i get a to go salad often, pizza is usually under cooked or too soggy to pick up and eat, ordered a sandwich a few weeks back it was $11 the lettuce was thicker than the slices of ham there was so little cheese I couldn't even see it... and there were 1/2 inch cut tomatoes so I got a tomato and lettuce sub could've been really good if better executed.. it's sad because I'd like support you but it's just usually over priced and not that good..."
