The waitstaff were fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and full of vibrant artwork. I had the eggs Benedict, which was quite delicious!

The wait for a table was long, but we managed to grab seats at the bar. Our food took a while to arrive, which was frustrating, especially since others who ordered after us received their meals first. However, once we finally got our food, it was delicious. The shrimp and grits were rich and generous enough to share. While it was a good experience overall, I probably wouldn’t visit again.

$22. For a club sandwich w chips and ice tea and that’s before tip. Ridiculous. Waste of money. They nickel and dime you to death here, charged us for a to go box, passed on a C/C fee for using our debit card and a side of dressing was a whopping extra 75 cents. $27 for a sandwich and potato chips. We also ordered the banana foster French toast, and the portion was massive! There’s no need to add extra syrup because the banana foster sauce soaks into the warm French toast perfectly. The whipped cream was incredibly fluffy and complemented the bananas wonderfully, and it wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated—9/10 for that! On top of all this, the service was excellent—10/10. Liz's has the warm, inviting atmosphere of a small hometown café, and everyone was so friendly and kind. Overall, Liz's deserves a stellar 5 out of 5 stars!

Aside from that, I absolutely loved my French toast—it was incredibly fluffy, flavorful, and simply delightful. My husband ordered the hot sausage, which turned out to be the best dish out of the whole meal! I really should have tried that as well. The cheese sauce was an unexpected treat, as it didn’t mention any meat in the description. There was a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected with such a packed dining room. I would definitely return, but next time we’ll have to plan our visit better to avoid waiting too long and getting too hungry.

Every person who walked through the door was greeted with a warm 'good morning ' and a welcoming 'welcome in. ' It 's the kind of personal touch that makes a meal feel even more special.
