"If you're a fan of seafood, Italian cuisine, or both, this is definitely the place to visit. Today, we ordered lobster rolls to go for lunch since we needed to head home (it's conveniently located nearby). The lobster rolls come with a choice of a bit of mayo, lemon butter, or can be breaded and deep-fried. We opted for the classic mayo and added cole slaw on the side. Without a doubt, it was the best lobster roll I've ever had, and I've tried quite a few. The chunks of fresh lobster were likely cooked in-house and the light mayo dressing complemented the lobster perfectly, allowing it to truly shine. The rolls were toasted, maintaining a delightful crunch and deliciousness. The cole slaw was fresh, crunchy, and had the perfect amount of dressing—just enough to enhance the flavor without overpowering the crunch. If you love lobster rolls, you absolutely MUST try this! And if you’ve never had one before, this is the perfect introduction. Enjoy!"

A group of us Cajun skiers (totaling nine) spent a week in the snowy mountains this February and March and discovered the Lobster Trap restaurant. Coming from New Orleans, where friendly service, a warm atmosphere, and great food are essential, I have to say that Lobster Trap earns a full 5 stars from our crew.

Stopped in for a late lunch, we had an order of mozzarella sticks and each got a seafood platter,and a beer. When we left we were definitely full and took home left overs. staff was great with friendly speedy service.
