"We always enjoy stopping at A&W when we pass through town. The last time I visited this place, it was a Hardee’s back when I was a kid in Cresco. Mike was incredibly professional and friendly. One employee who truly stood out was Kailyn (Kai). I might have spelled her name wrong, but she was an absolute delight. She took our order and ensured it was exactly what we wanted. Her jokes brought smiles to our faces and made our experience so much fun. She is undoubtedly a fantastic employee, and thanks to her outstanding service, we will definitely return whenever we're in town. Kailyn was polite, professional, and quick to assist both her colleagues and customers. Thank you for making our evening brighter! The food was fantastic, too. I wish we had a restaurant like yours closer to us so we could visit more often!"

The cheese curds here are outstanding! Everything else is great as well. It's definitely worth a visit if you're passing through.

We both had onion rings, which are the best around. My double cheese burger and my wife's tenderloin were both very ok. However, the root beer is only topped by 1919, so all in all, a pretty good meal.

Recently became just A&W root beer. No longer a long John silvers. While that's a bummer. Still a great place for something quick on your way through town. Parking: Plenty of parking to handle a large crowd. Kid-friendliness: Has a good sized kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Meets ADA requirements

The staff at the counter were very friendly, and the restaurant itself was impressively clean. The food we ordered was excellent, and the portions were generous for a reasonable price! The owner was present and took the time to come out and chat with us, wanting to ensure we were satisfied with everything.
