"Dropped by for a late night bubble tea with a friend and was not disappointed in the least~ Yifang is a go to when it comes to bubble tea and this location is great since it does stay open towards the later hours. Great for when you want an after dinner dessert :PI got my usual black milk tea whereas my friend with a super fruity slushie type drink. Both of our drinks were great and the boba had a good texture as well. All in all a good boba experience. The employees were great at talking us through some specials and other drinks which was helpful aka what should I get next time I swing by? :PThere is ample parking by this place so definitely will not have to worry about searching for street parking anywhere. The interior has some cute seating if you'd like to drink your tea and chat with friends."

No more Yifang Fruit Tea at this location. The tea is still ok, but would prefer Yifang's

Calming atmosphere, and quick and kind service. Portions were large and inexpensive in comparison. Very pleased.

I love this place and it’s a really good location too. But i feel like the drink quality has declined a bit since a few months ago, I can’t put my finger to it but maybe the recipe or ingredients has changed. Ver carta

We came in after eating at Wonton Noodle House and ordered 4 drinks. Service was super friendly, helpful and patient. I ordered the sweet taro latte with sago (subbed soy milk) with 0 sweetness and it is so sweet! Not in a bad way. Surprised by how good it is for being 0 sweetness since I've gotten 0 before and it's been gross.

My go to boba spot! The sweetness level is always perfect for me without adjusting anything. I love their aiyu jelly, it has a nice texture. The service is always fast and efficient. The shop is spacious and has multiple tables. They offer food, but I have not tried it yet. Parking is super easy, it's a private lot and easily accessible.

Ordered sizzling chicken platter(black pepper), fried pork chops, stinky tofu hot py, and bitter melon stir fry. Its good but the stinky hot pot was very disappointing, you can do better pretty much anywhere else. Black pepper chicken was memorable. There are a lot of restaurants at this level (low 4 star or high 3 star level) so most of the time the decision to come here isdue to needing to shop nearby, proximity, convenience, etc. And not due to taste. A good hangout spot. Good variety of tea and drinks; food was always tasty with a decent portion. Our favorites are the spicy hotpot and the popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was very crispy and well seasoned, juicy pieces of meat. The spicy hotpotcomes with six slices of beef, cubes of duck blood cake, fish balls, crab sticks, tofu and mushrooms. The dipping sauces servedwith it were exceptionally yummy. Taiwanese dishes like water spinach with lamb are very authentic as well. It is a bit priceybut acceptable with the quality of food.

This store is more than a tea store, they do serve the typical Yifang style teas and I like those, but it actually also is a taiwanese street food place, and the selection is pretty large. You can even get stinky tofu and bitter lemon dishes if you are into that.We had the fried pork chop, the pork sandwiches, and the shrimp and prawn tofu. Out of those we liked the pork sandwiches the best. For now I would suggest to do takeout rather than dining in, there is a weird smell in the store (mid-December 2022), which unfortunately takes away some from the dining experience.

"The Delish is in the Details MDH invited me out to lunch, so based on a recent review, I suggested Bistro 76 Cafe and Catering, in Perrinville, just north of Edmonds. They're known locally for their breakfasts (including house made cinnamon rolls on the weekends), but we're slow risers. Menu perused, five of six lunch sandwich options were approved for sharing (no mushrooms), and a trade deal was struck. Grilled Cheese and Spiced Butternut Bisque for me, and a Reuben with Sweet Potato and Ham Soup for him. We swapped soup bowls twice. The Spiced Butternut Bisque had more depth of flavor and a hint of sweetness, while the Sweet Potato's little hits of ham made it solidly enjoyable, if simpler. Our sandwiches, of good size, scored points for the artisan bread, toasted but not so crunchy as to rake the roof of your mouth, soft, fresh, rye ciabatta, the tenderest corned beef I've ever had, and white cheddar/smoked gouda and gruyere cheeses, instead of just a basic cheddar or swiss. The tomato and red onion concasse sang in harmony on the Grilled Cheese, and the guinness molasses mustard quietly hummed on the Reuben. Not only was the food tasty, but pretty, too. A zigzag of white crema across the soups, plus a dusting of spice, heightened our anticipation, even before the spoons broke the surface. Everybody knows that sandwiches taste better cut into triangles, with frilly toothpicks. We took home an order of Banh Mi Tacos for dinner (or second lunch, as a hobbit might suggest), because they sounded so good, and will be going out of rotation for a while. Also, since so many folks ask for breakfasty goodness midday, a couple lunch item slots may make way for more morning foods. One of the chefs kindly chatted with us for a bit, and thus we learned that one can sometimes purchase their lemon curd, jam, or salad dressing to take home. Let me sing you a song of lemon curd, with choruses on fresh squeezed juice, butter, sugar and egg yolks, cooked into custardly thickness. Bistro 76 caters, too. When there's kindness in the kitchen, it comes out in the food. Read Seattle Refined's review for more background on the restaurant and its team. P.S. We will soon be getting up early for breakfast on a weekend, if I have anything to say about it. The pictures I've seen of their cinnamon rolls give me hope that somewhere other than my own kitchen, a moist and substantial cinnamon bun is being produced. Most are too fluffy, and dry. That's the reason I still make homemade yeast rolls for holiday meals, too."
