We have visited a lot of Mexican restaurants in many different states and this one is the best! Great quality food. Great assortment on their menu. Los Chimas Mexican Restaurant is an excellent spot for families seeking delicious food and outstanding service. The place is consistently clean, and the meals are fantastic with generous portions, ensuring you never leave hungry. The drinks are delightful as well. I have always left feeling more than satisfied after my visits.

Went to the restaurant with a party of 3. The hostess refused to let us sit at a table for six. She said they wanted to leave it open in case a party of six came in. We waited for 15 min no one came in. She still wouldn’t let us take the table. We left without eating. Rude help and will not be going back. I guess three peoples order isn’t good enough for them. I wanted to share my experience with the gordo burrito I ordered, which includes chicken, steak, chorizo, shrimp, rice, and beans. I split it with a family member and expected it to have more rice and beans than protein. However, the burrito was packed with tender, flavorful meat, and I almost found myself wishing for more rice and beans to create a better balance. Service: Takeout, Meal Type: Lunch.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. You don't usually expect to find great Mexican cuisine in the heart of Missouri. The chile relleno was large and packed with flavor. The taco, salad, and beans were all quite good as well. The seafood enchiladas were generously filled with meat, but I wish they had opted for green or red enchilada sauce instead of the white sauce, which tasted a bit like bland alfredo. And the flan... absolutely delicious! Service was for dine-in.

Be careful with the charges on your credit or debit card at this restaurant. They attempted to overcharge me beyond my bill, and I noticed it right away. When I brought it up, they just shrugged it off, saying, "Sometimes it happens." Since when is that acceptable? I’ve never encountered a restaurant that charges more than the actual bill. What could possibly be the reason for that? And since when do they refund money back to your card after charging it? I definitely won’t be returning here again! They think they can get away with things like this! Ver carta
