"Yuck. Authentic. ARE YOU SURE? Are corn tortillas this thick? Its like they mixed corn and flour tortillas together or something. Cheese on top not really melted, maybe it was at some point but now it is just cheese pieces. The chicken in the enchiladas dry chunks. Verde sauce was good. Rice and beans were also good. But that's pretty sad when the only thing you want to eat on your plate is the rice and beansI couldn't drink the Margarita either, WAY too sweet! If this is authentic Mexican food, its bad quality authentic Mexican food."

"A lady at a nearby table had a small dog in her purse. The staff noticed it but didn't take any action, even though it wasn't a service animal. The dog was one of those wiry-haired types wearing a decorative vest. I don't mind dogs generally, but there’s definitely a time and place for them—like not in a restaurant. The hostess mentioned they didn't see the dog until the guests were already seated, but I believe they should have asked the lady to remove it. A health inspector would have likely cited them for that. Additionally, there was a lack of handicap parking. My brother, who is an amputee, had to park across the lot to find accessible parking. "1. I am vegan, so I don’t eat here myself. However, I occasionally bring food to the homeless, and they really enjoy pizza. Several people I serve have complained that the sampler plate is never fully cooked, and the pizza dough is also undercooked. 2. The owner deserves a ten-star rating. He is not only friendly but truly cares about his business and works hard to satisfy his customers to ensure they come back. He’s a great guy! 3. There is an older male employee who seems to think he knows everything about the food, as if he personally tastes everything. After I ordered a mango habanero pizza the night before and pointed out that the dough wasn't fully cooked, he called me a liar and accused me of always complaining about undercooked food. Just two weeks prior, I had similarly raised concerns about the sampler not being properly cooked, and I ended up taking home the full meal both times. When I confronted him about his attitude, he interrupted me and told me to either come for a refund or call back if I wanted a new pizza, all while speaking in a rather intimidating tone. It honestly made me feel uneasy about what he might do with my food, so I decided to wait to go back at a later time. I wanted to show them the evidence of the undercooked pizza, but in the end, I didn’t want to feed anyone this food. I don't think I'll be trying this place again due to their incompetence."

"The food is incredible. Best cookies n cream shake I have ever had, and I have a cookies n cream shake wherever I go. The burgers are very high quality. Top 3 burgers I have had. Especially the Bacon Char burger with cheese. The fries are decent, nothing special. Onion rings are a bit too greasy for my taste. But if you try out different items on the menu, I am sure you will find things that you love just as much as I love their shakes."

"Let me begin by saying that RT is usually fantastic—it's my favorite pizza place! However, I was really disappointed with this order. It seemed like there was hardly any cheese on our pizza, and even though I requested light sauce, it was quite heavy instead. I also ordered boneless wings but received regular wings. Everything was the opposite of what I asked for. Although this experience won't deter me from ordering from RT again, it definitely wasn't great this time."
