Food was delivered way late and was cold when it arrived. When I called for a partial refund they blamed it on the delivery guy and said it is their policy to not give refunds. Very rude about it

I've loved this bagel shop ever since it opened. One thing I'll mention is that the bagels can be quite hard, which doesn't bother me too much, but there was a point when I found it difficult to take a bite. Overall, I still really love this place! Ver carta

Was going to the larger bagel place down the block and was pleasantly surprised how good the bagels taste here. Got a tuna bagel and portions were very generous. Found my new go-to-place. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and restaurant is clean.

Frustrated, I asked to speak to the owner or manager, and she said, "Sure, she’s right here," then abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, she hung up on me again. While the food is good, the lack of professionalism from whoever answers the phone has led us to decide not to order from this place anymore.

This is my favorite bagel spot. My go to order is the everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese (that’s a lot of flavor, but it is so good). Great Bagel spot. This place has been consistently good and I've Been going here for over 15 years. I like there Garlic and Herb cream cheese either on the pumpernickel bagel or a everything bagel. My favorite regular bagel/coffee stop. Very affordable $8 for and friendly staff. They have a good selection of sandwiches too. Sometimes I see an auntie or grannie working who are super welcoming. There is very little seating, so you'll likely need to take it to go. Wish they could have some sidewalk seating, but might not be possible.

My favorite bagel place! The service is excellent and usually quick. The staff is also very friendly. Their spreads are delicious! I wish they offered a tofu garlic spread, though. I recently had to eliminate dairy from my diet for health reasons, and my favorite spread used to be the garlic herb cream cheese. Now, I opt for the tofu scallion spread, which is still tasty!
