Madame X - Carta

This is the most vampiric bar I've ever visited. I have attended numerous fun events in the upstairs lounge.

Chill out in this cozy very layed back bar. You feel like you're sitting in someone's eclectic living room. Listening to great music.

Amy and her team helped me plan a wonderful engagement. They played amazing music on the night and helped create an amazing ambiance. I’m so happy I chose Madame X as the location Ver carta

Great drinks. Cool vibe. Love the music and decor. Can't wait to go back. We sat at the bar because even though the lounge looked empty, the couches were reserved. So apparently you can reserve space which we will definitely do next time.

Don’t want to give away ALL my dope NY spots but this one is simply amazing. Another NYC staple. Awesome Happy Hour, dope bartenders, with one of the most unique atmospheres and and furnitures you can come across hanging out with friends or partner in crime. As Sting would say Put on the RED LIGHT!!!

Fabulous and fun place. Madame X is a gem! The space is cozy and sexy (as promised) with a variety of vintage couches. Do try the speciality drinks, they are SO GOOD. Fresh juices and yummy flavors will have you coming back for more. GREAT music from the DJ. Me and my friends had so much fun here. Can't wait come back for one of their special events! Ver carta

Sexy, burlesque vibes with a hint of cozy and intimate is how I would describe this place. I had a friend rent the upstairs for a birthday and we had a blast. The staff is friendly and there’s so much space for large groups. I didn’t even realize there was an upstairs until this birthday party. I highly recommend it and look forward to going back on a normal night out.

If I could I wouldn’t even rate this place any stars. One of the staff members (tall lady) HIT my friend multiple times and kicked her out after she tried to bring her drink downstairs (there are two floors). When I told the lady to calm down and we would leave because we didn’t know that we could walk around with drinks, she shoved my friend until she fell over and I was so worried because she could have rolled down the stairs, so I grabbed onto her but she pushed me away and continued to push her down the stairs. This was the worst experience of my life and I will never be coming to this bar again. We will definitely be filing a report about this, it was so unacceptable and unprofessional.

As someone who has been a bartender for 6 years in nyc, the service or lack of was a abysmal. My partner and I walked in around 12:50am on Saturday 2/5. Door staff was great . The bar was relatively busy. The bartender however made no attempt to move at a reasonable effect pace . I totally understand if you are in the weeds with customers and your still tryin you best . But I swear this man did not have a singe bit of urgency in his body. He was serving at his own slow pace, regardless of how many people were waiting .I was in the bar for maybe 20 mins total . 15 mins of that time we were ignored/ waiting to order.
