"I came here for the first time yesterday and thought it was great so I came back this morning for breakfast!Yesterday, I had the French dip sandwich. It was delicious (my only critique would be I wish the meat was warmed up more, it was a little cold for my taste, but still delicious). The au jus was so good that I sipped the leftover like soup after I finished the sandwich. This morning, I had the country breakfast. I had my eggs scrambled and they were legitimately the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Based on appearance, they seemed to have the fond from the bacon or sausage in there and it was wonderful. The sausage patty was the only thing that was a complete miss for me. I just didn't like the taste. Everything else was great and I can't wait to come back and try something new!"

Fantastic French dip! The bread is some of the best I have ever had. Very thankful that they carry cane sugar Coca-Cola.

I visited for the first time and will definitely return! The food was fantastic (gluten-free), and Chris, the owner, along with his staff, were friendly and well-informed. I can't wait to go back! Ver carta

A cute little mom and pop Deli in the heart of Buford. Just about everything is homemade there. They had cakes cookies sandwiches things like that. Everything was so good and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back.

My new favorite deli! I give it a 10/10 for both customer service and food! I ordered the Italian Grinder and French Onion soup, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I can't wait to try their breakfast menu next time. I will definitely be returning!

Best turkey deli sandwich had in a long time. Everything was fresh. Good turkey. Staff very nice. Chocolate cake was a bit dry bit better than most places chocolate cake, the frosting was very good. The sample of carrots cake was very yummy. We didn't prefer the different side salad noodles or veggies mainly olive oil tasting only. Will return if on area again. Ver carta

When I generally think of deli, I think of thinly stacked slices of meat on bread. Not thick juicy slices of meat that look and taste like they came off a roasted turkey. The sandwiches, these guys, make redefined deli sandwich for me, and I love it. I fell for the Black and Tan sandwich and regret nothing. It 's also nice to know they have a gluten-free option. That way, I can bring my bestie who has celiac 's.I highly recommend this place.

My Jewish Father moved here 5 months ago and has been looking for a lean delicious pastrami sandwich. I search on Google and read reviews. This looked to be the place. We stopped in for lunch today and found the deli delightful, the staff friendly and the food delicious. My dad said his sandwich the leanest and tastiest sandwich he has ever had and he is 89. My trio salad was fresh and delicious as well.Amy came around with samples of their homemade deserts and they looked amazing. I did not partake but my dad did and said his was amazing. We will definitely be back and telling our friends and family about this gem on Main Street in Buford.10 out of 10

"Aqua Terra Bistro: A Culinary Crescendo in Three Acts There are meals that satisfy, and then there are meals that sing. Aqua Terra Bistro, a gem tucked away from the banalities of the ordinary, presented me with a dining experience that crescendoed from excellent to exceptional. The overture began with something deceptively simple—bread and sauce. Too often, these introductory bites are an afterthought, a perfunctory nod to tradition. Not here. The bread, warm with a whisper of crispness, was a perfect canvas for a sauce that was equal parts velvety and vibrant, a prelude to something extraordinary. Then came the tuna appetizer. If expectation was a ceiling, this dish shattered it effortlessly. Silken and pristine, the tuna carried an almost reverential respect for its own ingredients. Each bite was a delicate interplay of freshness and precision, a reminder that great food doesn’t shout—it seduces. But the true revelation of the evening? The shrimp and grits. I have long held a personal pantheon of shrimp and grits, a hallowed top three that I thought unshakable. And yet, Aqua Terra’s rendition crashed through the ranks with reckless, delicious abandon. Creamy, indulgent, yet perfectly balanced—this dish did not just belong in my top three; it demanded consideration for the throne. As for our waitress, Jess, she was the maestro orchestrating this symphony of flavors. Attentive yet unobtrusive, knowledgeable yet warm, she elevated an already spectacular meal into an experience worth writing home about. Aqua Terra Bistro, you have my attention. And more importantly, you have my return visit. *unfortunately I was to excited to try my food before getting a decent picture."
