The service here is always exceptional, and the buffet is consistently great! It’s a dependable spot for a quick meal. If you don’t choose from the buffet, your food is prepared promptly.

Absolutely the best cream cheese wonton I've ever had in my life! The meat was incredibly tender and delicious! The lady at the front desk was so kind and attentive. Truly the best customer service I've experienced! :D

Food tastes like it is old. Not much of a selection and the waiter never looked up from his phone while waiting on us. Our son wouldn 't even eat the macaroni and cheese or noodles because it tastes bad . I hope this is not a regular thing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered from here for the first time, and I was quite disappointed. The food looked thrown together, with an excessive amount of sauce on the overcooked chicken. The noodles were greasy, and the egg roll was extremely salty. I really wish I could share something positive, but unfortunately, my family felt unwell after just a few bites. We ended up throwing away $40 worth of food. Service: Takeout. Meal type: Dinner. Ver carta

**Meal Type:** Brunch **Price per Person:** $10–20 **Food Rating:** 5/5 **Atmosphere Rating:** 5/5 I had a delightful brunch experience at this restaurant! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a warm and inviting space that enhanced our dining experience. Overall, a fantastic spot for brunch at a reasonable price!

To our disappointment, the food was only lukewarm at best. The fried rice tasted either like leftovers or just poorly prepared—very bland and lacking any flavor. The Egg Drop Soup was the worst I’ve ever had: tasteless and barely warm. The other items we sampled fared no better, with the egg roll being quite plain and lacking filling. On a positive note, I enjoyed my hot tea, and the mint chocolate chip ice cream was the highlight of the meal. I also tried a small square of cake, which was dry and stale. The total bill came to over $31—a complete waste of money.

"Haru Ramen House in Layton, Utah, is a mixed bag in terms of dining experience. Starting with the positives, the appetizers were undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. They were flavorful, well-prepared, and arrived quickly. The gyoza, for instance, had a delightful crispness on the outside with a savory filling, and the takoyaki was a pleasant surprise with its rich flavors and texture. However, the main attraction—the ramen—was a bit of a letdown. While it wasn’t outright bad, it failed to stand out. The broth lacked the depth and richness one would expect from authentic ramen, and the noodles were just average. The toppings were sufficient but didn’t elevate the dish, leaving the overall experience underwhelming. The biggest disappointment, though, was the service. The staff seemed inattentive, and it took a long time to get refills or assistance. The lack of hospitality and care took away from what could have been a more enjoyable meal. It felt as though the staff were either overworked or simply uninterested, which was unfortunate given the potential of the restaurant. Overall, Haru Ramen House has its moments with the appetizers, but the average ramen and poor service make it hard to recommend wholeheartedly. With some improvements in customer service and a bit more attention to the quality of the ramen, this spot could become a much better dining destination.
