"The owner was extremely rude; he yelled at my husband and me for not knowing our order number. While we were waiting for our food, he was also disrespectful to another customer on the phone and even hung up on them. The food itself was disappointing—I paid $7 for cheese fries, which were just melted cheese slices on top. Overall, I spent $57 on a terrible experience. I strongly advise against dining here."

Food is great usually, but I got terribly sick from the lobster ravioli, and have had a couple pizzas that were not completely cooked in the middle. We still get food from them because it is usually great, and the service and atmosphere is good too

I enjoy the food from here, but dear God the man that answers the phone is SO RUDE. I swore them off once and decided to go back, but idk how much more of his attitude I can take. Can’t wait for Zeiderellis to reopen, at least they are consistently kind to paying customers.
