"Most importantly, this is the best pizza by the slice available in Bay Ridge right now.We stopped in on a Saturday for a quick lunch and to-go order and walked away pleasantly satisfied. The Hot Grandma's square with pepperoni and Mike's Hot Honey was delicious and very well-balanced. The Mediterranean slice was fresh and featured an abundance of fresh vegetables and olives. The to-go item was a buffalo chicken slice which looked and tasted amazing. The only disappointment was the small order of garlic knots. It did not taste like it was made with the same dough as the pizza, or the same sauce as on the pizza. Leading to an off taste when being eaten along with the pizza. This issue does not impact my review as I was hoping for good pizza and received excellent pizza.Other than that, good service, employees, and a clean establishment."

The Margherita Pizza was amazing! Elaina at the register was incredibly kind to me and my children. I can't wait to return!

The pizza here is one of my favorites in the area! When you dine in, you also receive complimentary bread, which is delicious. The staff is very friendly!

My favorite pizza in the city! I said what I said, their customer service is amazing. Not only do they have amazing pizza but also the best chicken Cesar salad wrap. Ver carta

The pizza here is absolutely amazing! We found this place after my daughter went on a school trip to learn how to make pizza (which she absolutely loved). Now, it’s our go-to spot!

Ordered 4 pies from a large pizza selection for a gathering at home, this was the first for me at Mancini. The pizzas were excellent, everyone enjoyed them, everything fresh and cooked perfectly; not at all grease or mushy, all nice and krispy. The staff is also nice and very helpful. Very satisfied and will certainly be returning customer. Thank you.

No idea how this place is even 4 stars. The prices are high for the quality. For example, you get 6 mozerella sticks for $10 here. That's almost $2 a stick. You can go to a delhi and get them for 75 cents for slighly lower quality. Moreover, $4-5 a slice of normal pizza, while other places of similar quality are $3-4. Sad order. Had above average expectations for the price, but just got sligly below average. Ver carta

anybody who is saying this place is the best pizza in bayridge is either brain dead or not a real new yorker! this spot is mediocre at best has no real history here and does not even crack the top 10 in bayridge! don’t take my word for it! look at all the discarded half eaten slices left on tables or in their outside dining which is gross btw and located very uncomfortably so close to oncoming traffic on 5th ave! PASS!

I truly wanted to like the pizza. It looked good had it with sausage. The sausage was on point but the pizza was just mushy the plane and the sausage. The crust was nice and well done but unfortunately. The pizza just didn't taste great and the pizza was very mushy. I'm a big pizza guy love pizza. The pizza must be firm not mushy!! I don't think I will be going back. I must say the only thing I've eaten here is the pizza. The hot food looked really good I did not try it.Parking: The parking in Bay Ridge can sometimes be a problem. There is also a parking garage across the street paid parking.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
