"I ordered a wet burrito and a grinder special. When I arrived, they informed me that they were out of beans and couldn't make it. I suggested they prepare a beanless wet burrito instead. Unfortunately, my grinders and fries ended up sitting under a heat lamp for 40 minutes. When I got home, I noticed that the wet burrito didn't have any sauce on top, as a proper "wet" burrito should. The meat inside resembled a very sloppy joe. I went back to ask where the sauce was, and the staff member told me, “It's right there; I personally put sauce on it.” However, when you apply sauce to food and then cook it, there should be some evidence of sauce either baked on or infused into the dish. The girl then claimed, “It's a new sauce; it disappears when you cook it.”"

I've never had a bad grinder until recently. On Wednesday, I ordered two chicken bacon clubs, and they turned out to be the blandest things I've ever received from there. I'm so disappointed.

I've never been in short supply of praise when I bite into one of their grinders. My favorites are the chicken, the veggie, and the Italian. Their grinders have a great bun that is cooked to perfection, amazing melted cheese and all the right ingredients for a movie night at home with my family. Thanks for the service to our community for all these years.
