"The customer service is bad. The store is dirty and I don't like dealing with a high school student who thinks they know everything and is very rude and asking for a tip when you come in the store to order a pizza the store is dirty. Don't go in the bathroom. I waited for a response for 20 minutes for waiting for this disgusting pizza after arriving, I asked for a refund and I said why don't you bring the manager out here so I can get my refund while the person went back talk to somebody in the office that refused to come out and talk and I was given a refund but with a smart comment at the end no thank you I wouldn't recommend this pizza to my worst friend and I had to give you a star to finish this, but actually zero stars"

Got a thin crust medium pizza. Sign says 8 SLICES, but got unsymmetrical squares. Not good for children that need things divided EVENLY. And I ordered a garden specialty pizza with added ham and got no ham.

Best pizza I have had since I moved to the San Antonio Texas area we have done carry out and delivery and each time pizza was nice and hot and they're not scampi on the toppings. We will recommend family and friends best pizza we've had since we moved here.

Cibolo Valley Drive, Cibolo TX. Why call the bowl pizza when they just cut pieces of whatever together and microwave it. Better off buying the frozen pizza and add your own toppings. We had almost a one hour wait on a carryout order. They had our pizzas ready, but it sat 20 minutes because it had the wrong name. We even asked if they were ours. They tried to give us the cold pizza, but we had them remake fresh ones The pizza was delicious once we finally got it home. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. It's a shame the service doesn't match the pizza quality.

Pizza Friday! I called to order and the guy answering was not helpful at all. I would've asked for a manager- but then I have trust this kid to not retaliate through my food, and I wasn't taking that chance. I hung up and placed my order in the app. The coupons were not competitive with others in the area. The app was easy to navigate. Had a useful tracker. Short wait time. The pizza was just okay. Wasn't bad, just pizza. I appreciate it wasn't soggy or burnt. Just no flavor to it. Not the best pizza Friday.
