This may be the worst fast food pizza I've ever had. Donatos has really gone downhill. Both pizzas were terrible. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 5.

Staff answering phones barely speak English and none of them know the area they service. Terrible experience all around. Hopefully you live somewhere they can spell Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Ver carta

The restaurant is very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The service is efficient and perfect for take-out meals during dinner. The price per person is between $1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. I recommend trying any dish on the menu.

You know when you meet someone and they just have such a good vibe and you just feel like you just met such a good human being. That's how I felt today, when I walked in to pick up my order. The West Carrollton Donatos has severely declined in quality. They mistakenly delivered my order to the wrong house and when I called to inquire about its whereabouts as it was well past the expected delivery time, they informed me that they had remade my order and it was on its way. However, it still took an additional 20-30 minutes before my order actually arrived. I will not be ordering from there again in the future.

So this is a mixed review. We order 3 pizzas online, and they arrived 30-40 minutes after the email said it would be there. I am giving 4 stars because of the service. Whoever we spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and nice. When we received the pizzas one pizza was totally burned. When we called they gave us a free pizza credit which we were able to use later. The other two pizzas were good tho. I think it was just a rough night. So I wanted something different besides Domino 's or Pizza Hut. Let 's try Donatos. I never had them before. They didn 't deliver to me so I had to drive to them. I should have checked before I left. I added 20% tip to get extra care making my food. What did I get? Well done, burnt pizza!! Didn 't get extra pepperoni on pizza or my extra sauce cups I ordered. Oh well, I 'll never order pizza from this company again. Calling the store doesn 't help too much either. They offered to remake, but I would have to go back and get it. I would have told the person, "I 'm sorry (never said), I 'll remake and send my driver to your address to make this right. Plus, the meatball side is not that outstan... Ver carta
