Delicious food. Server was great with our party of 8. Music is too fun. Wish I lived here to come more often! Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

The food was good, but the experience was ruined by the super loud music. You cannot have a conversation unless you are shouting. The check automatically includes a 15% tip … but it also leaves space for “additional tip” over the total. Very strange.

The food was cold and the service was slow. Despite the restaurant's appealing appearance, the experience was disappointing. I ordered a specific type of lobster, but what I received was a dish that, although it was labeled as lobster, turned out to be sardine. I had more expectations for this place . We went there Sunday. It was almost empty. Big place but only 4 tables were taken. Picadera was small, and didn't have fried cheese or chicharrón. No cake options for birthday celebrations. Just regular 3 leches portions. Service was ok. The waiter was very friendly . Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I want there Sunday to eat I was so disappointed with the food that it was cold the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti was cold the stuff clam was so cold and I let them know so there remove it so there ask me there to bring me another I said yes but the plate of the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti had a big nice in my food under the chicken I was like do it with the nice I was disappointed

Came in to eat before a performance at Hostos. Enjoyed the food very much. I had cerviche vuelva la vida, my husband had Marcy Tierra and my daughter had a Caesar salad with calamari. I had 2 appletinis that were made well. Loved the music that was playing mostly bachata and merengue. Relaxing atmosphere. No complaints at all and being a waitress that is unusual for me. Wish we lived closer because we would definitely return. Ver carta

We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Bronx Terminal Market. We enjoyed our drinks, which arrived promptly. Since this is a seafood restaurant, some in our group liked their dishes while others weren’t as impressed. I ordered the shrimp Caesar salad, which featured large, nicely grilled shrimp that I enjoyed. However, I wasn’t a fan of the pumpernickel croutons. Despite the negative reviews I read before our visit, I found the experience to be quite reasonable. The service was quick, and the food was decent overall. It really depends on your personal taste.

If you do notice the 15% gratuity added to your check, you can inform the server that you would like to adjust it, and they will modify the bill accordingly. However, this seems like an unnecessary hassle for patrons who are already dealing with a lot. If you miss the gratuity charge, the signature slips include a line labeled "GRATUITY," which can be misleading and feels somewhat disingenuous. While the receipts do inform you in both Spanish and English about a 3.5% surcharge for credit and debit transactions, there is no similar disclosure regarding the automatic 15% tip. As a public service announcement, and as someone who was frustrated to have tipped $28 on a $106 bill on July 21, 2023...

So I ordered food for delivery. I realized it was over an hour and my food still wasn’t delivered. Also there was no way to track my order. So I placed a call to get an update. The First Lady I spoke to couldn’t find my order so we were placed on hold. She gets back on just to say it will be another 30-35 minutes before we receive the food. So I asked to speak to the manger he explains the system was down. I stated what can be done about the inconvenience due to the fact that if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have none anything. He stated the 10% that was on the order already for ordering on their website was all he could do or a soda. We had a 2liter in our order already. Long story short I cance... Ver carta
