"Made a quick stop in Bakersfield. I’m not from the area. Looked up a sushi spot and seen this restaurant with great reviews. We got seated quickly and was later notified of “happy hour menu”. We’re a family of 6 and the food was given to us in a timely manner. Long story short, who ever ate sushi got sick. Only the kiddos didn’t (they chicken teriyaki and rice). "Quality of food: I started off with a Thai Tea (without Boba) and some pork and shrimp spring rolls. The Thai Tea was the perfect ratio of tea with the mix, I was very happy with the flavor of it. The spring rolls were very fresh and a great appetizer choice. The peanut dipping sauce was not too sweet and had a little spice added to it as well. My main course was grilled chicken rice bowl with an added egg roll. The flavor of the egg roll wasn't my favorite, but everything else was too notch! I would definitely order this again. The chicken was grilled to perfection with great flavor, the steamed rice was sticky and evenly cooked. The side salad also was very fresh. Dining experience: There was plenty of seating in the dining area. The whole place was very clean and organized. They were playing 80s music videos on the TV, my favorite! The woman that helped me at the register was VERY helpful. I mentioned that this was the first time I've eaten here, every item I was interested in she described the flavor a texture in great detail, it definitely confirmed that what I was interested was the right choice for me. Pricing: The pricing was very fair in my opinion for the amount of food they served me. The grilled chicken bowl in my pictures was about $12 bucks, it would have been $10 if I didn't add the egg roll. The 3 spring rolls were about $7 bucks and the Thai Tea was $4. Really not much I can complain about as far as pricing. Recommendations: I'd definitely recommend the grilled chicken bowl with steamed rice. I don't think I would order the egg roll with it again. If you're a fan of Thai Tea try it out! The spring rolls are also an easy recommendation."

"Came here for a few ice creams. What a disappointment! Never coming back again. First off the gentleman at the window kept acting like he couldn’t hear us but would not take out his air pod. Waited about ten minutes in line to get two ice creams that were the wrong flavor and the third he must have filled while we waited on the other car because it was all water. I literally came back and gave him that mess back for a refund. I’m so sick of fast food places. There used to be a really nice competent man who worked here. They need to bring him back the one there today at 1:50 pm doesn’t care."

"Good food. They serve complimentary papad with green chutney, tamarind chutney and pickle. We had aloo paratha and Garlic Naan, they were amazing!! I could have just had them by themselves. My husband enjoyed the Malai Kofta a lot. The paneer starter wasgood too. The next time around I might get a Paneer Sabji instead of Malai Kofta but thats just me. Along with the Malai Kofta,they served chopped onions, peppers, lemon and cucumbers as salad. I just wished the restaurant served chaas or masala chaas.Nevertheless I enjoyed the food."

"Everything was great! Service was fast, drink refills were always there before I finished my drink. Only reason it lost a star on food was the cook on the steak. I requested medium and it came well.
