Thank you for your amazing watermelon agua fresca. I'm writing this review nine months late, but I still vividly remember the joy it brought me!

Fresh delicious food as always! Chose the grilled steak platter today and it was tasty. Fun fact they don’t serve or cook with pork which is great!

The burrito is delicious, featuring fresh meat and a great variety of sauces and salsa. I can’t praise their freshly-made chips enough. The service was excellent, too! Ver carta

Ordered black beans with grilled steak. Received pinto beans with barely any steak and a bunch of nachos. Bruh.....*Update* they came with the right order but asked to have the orginal order back so goodluck if you're ordering Pinto beans they might be reusing food. GrossFood: 1/5

Got the tamale and a birria taco but the best thing we’re the two chips that came with the birria. Everything else leaked in flavor, and the taco had a big chunk of fat in it. Also, why do the onions and cilantro go on top of the taco? Had to pick it off from the top and put the on the inside

The food here is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. I stopped in for a burrito at 11 PM, and there were only three other customers present. Despite that, I waited 20 minutes for my simple burrito to be made. During my wait, they prioritized sending out numerous delivery orders. When I inquired about the delay, I received some attitude in response. It's disappointing to have dine-in customers waiting so long while they focus on delivery orders instead. Ver carta

I ordered the chicken quesadilla and let me just tell you-it was so bland and without any real taste that I feel nauseous. The quesadilla was laid flat in the tray and they placed tortilla chips on top, I guess as a way to compensate for the lack of spices. Coming from an immigrant family where food is the primary love language- it 's insane how MEXICAN food could be like this. I spent $17 for the meal and I won 't do it again. Chipotle is a much better option if your considering it honestly. I am so disappointed.

I have been ordering from Maya for 10 years, and I've ordered the same thing every time: prawn quesadilla. I made that order this evening, and when it arrived I was disappointed to find that the quesadilla had no cheese. It was dry as toast and virtually inedible. I called the restaurant to let them know and see if they would either refund me or send me a replacement. After a 10 min conversation, I was transferred to a night manager, Dan ? , who offered to send me CHEESE as a way of rectifying the situation and said they were unwilling to do more. When I explained why that was an unacceptable response and poor customer service, he blew me off and responded with a rude and sarcastic remark. M...

Let me start off by saying that I have been coming here since it opened. My order of choice is simple and specific. Grilled Chicken Super Nachos with just the melted cheese on the nachos and everything else on the side. I can't tell you how many times they get this wrong! FOR YEARS! Somehow no matter who is working the front counter always has an attitude! Not professional, not caring and wanting you to wait an unusual amount of time for really expensive bland food! Last night was my last draw! Waiting 30 minutes after you told me it would take 12 minutes and OFCOURSE THE ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN!
