What an amazing find! This awesome little spot has a causal and friendly atmosphere. Quick ordering and service. The best tamales I've had in Cincinnati. And the tacos looks amazing. The menu had many options that will lead me back here. And the chips salsa bar was a highlight. Can't b wait to go back!

If you are looking for a good taco you can't go wrong with Mazunte! The chicken tacos are my favorite the chorizo is a close 2nd. If you are like me and don't like onions be cautious while ordering because the chicken tacos have onions in them but they are big enough to be picked out and don't leave a taste.

Used to be iffy on Mazunte but now I'm all aboard. This place consistently delivers great food and margs! Breaded fish taco is my favorite and the tamales were great, preferred pork with mole sauce. Order first, receive drinks (Horchata) and condiments, then find a seat! They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The food arrives at your table very quickly. The food is excellent! I ordered the Chicken Tamales with white rice and it surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be returning in the future. The one-hour drive was definitely worth it!

We love coming here. Some of the best tacos I've had. The place is not very big, but they have outdoor tables and also a climate controlled extension. The people that work there are always friendly and pleasant. The fish tacos are so good, but whatever you do, do NOT skip the salsa bar. Their house made chips are huge and the variety of salsa is so nice. The salsa verde is my favorite.

This hip spots gives you exactly what you're expecting for great flavor every time! Margaritas, salsa, bottled soda pop, and bottled cerveza all mix with some top notch taqueria street eats. With tables inside and out, you'll be given a number for your order and your food will be brought to you. I was disappointed despite the high reviews of this restaurant. The service is confusing; they offer free refills on chips and salsa but then take your ticket on the first fill, leaving you to awkwardly ask for refills and hope they remember you. They don't have a self-serve salsa bar, so you can't get extra salsas unless you buy chips. They also lack a pickled onion/jalapeño bar. The only tortilla option is double thick corn tortillas (one per taco); there is no flour option. The chips, made from the same tortillas, are rock hard corn discs that seem to be unique or quirky but end up tasting bad.

Everyone spoke very little English which was a good sign of the possibility of good Mexican food. We ordered: Chips Salsa, Tacos (Fish, Steak, Pastor (special , Tamales (Chicken and Pork . The chips are uncut fried tortillas which some people might not like having to be pretty handsy with them. Each taco had incredible individualized fix-ins. The food at Mazunte Taqueria is the standout feature, with a cool decor to match. Upon entering, we had to order right away, which caught us off guard. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy, so we had time to look over the menu and make our choices. We must have arrived close to opening time at 11 am, as the place got crowded by the time we left. I got the Tacos Dorados and my partner had the Enchiladas, along with the Chips Salsa bar. The Tacos Dorados were amazing with their crispy fried tortillas and cheesy filling.
